My rules!!
Avoid white stuff like egg whites/rice. Sometimes i can’t even avoid it, like this morning. So if that is the case, i only eat one or two bites.
Potatoes might taste good, but they are just starch!! That trurns into fat!!
Protein shakes are a go to. I only drink a little bit though. And I get the kids one ^^;.
Dont ask anyone to get anything for you! Thats lazy! Obese people do that!
Chew food as much as possible until mush. I think it feels gross. Thats what you are putting into your body.
Drink at least three glasses of water with each meal if you can get that down. The more water you drink, the more weight you lose. The more water you drink, the less you feel hungry. The less you feel hungry, the less you eat. The less you eat, the less you will weigh.
If you are able to take more steps, do it!! When putting dishes away i put them aeay one at a time so i take more steps. It takes time, yeah, but guess who got more steps in that day?
Speaking of dishes, clean. I clean to keep my mind off of things like food. Doing other people’s dishes and having to touch that nasty watery food makes me rethink eating.
I lost just about ten pounds in a week from doing this.
