Mac and cheese
Shard cheddar, Mild cheddar, Munster sliced, Pepper jack, Monterey bag, Half bag of parm, Seasoned panko with crumbled parm 1 can evaporated milk, 1 quart half and half , Ground Pepper, Dried, Oregano, Powder onion, Powder garlic 1 box of elbows Melt the cheeses down to a sauce and season to taste. Then mix in the al dente elbows. Finally place in preferred bakeware and top with breadcrumbs and a little shredded Parmesan cheese. Bake in a 350 degree over until top is golden brown.
