Update 2

Hello everyone I am back sooner than I thought!

My best friend came over to stay one week at my house and we had a little sewing project

She brought the dress you see at the first picture but she didn't exactly loved it because she didn't have a lot of circumstances to wear it.

So she asked me to make it a two piece outfit

After one hour and one persistent zipper later, the project was a success and she really love it

P. S: I got a free zipper 🥳

P. S 2: The dress was from bershka (if anyone want to know where to find it)

Update 1

My first project let's say it went... Well enough.

I maked a crop top, I tried to get the pattern from one of the shirts that I own but I didn't think that different fabrics need a different pattern.

Soo the crop top I made was too small for me😅

But it's okay because I learned from my mistake (So people don't be afraid to make mistakes when you are learning something)

I am already walf done with my next project (I have a lot of free time and I really liked the process of making something myself)

P. S I am going to need to go to the fabric store sooner than I thought 😅

Day 1

Summer vacation is officially here!

So because I will not have to study for my university, I am going to spend this summer trying to learn new skills.

One of the skills that I had always wanted to learn was sewing and making my own clothes.

So I brought a sewing machine. (I had some experience with hand sewing but it was too tiresome and time consuming trying to make clothes by hand)

So I will take you with me to my journey to learn using this machine and maybe making some clothes...

I am going to try to post my journey here every week (except the weeks that I will be on vacation with my friends)

So wish me good luck ☺️
