Swish swish sword.  He must be important, he’s the only guy I don’t recognize. I bet we know him.

Nice aesthetic.  Character design is fab.  We must know him.  He’s the only unknown character on this screen.  Why would sensei use him and not a whole army of ninjas?

Within Young Justice: Outsiders, it appears that Courtney Whitmore runs a pop culture news show within the show’s universe, her traditional superhero name, Stargirl, instead being the name of her show. Which makes a degree of sense.

Curiously, despite the Justice Society of America being an established thing within the show’s universe, none of Courtney’s superhero predecessors have appeared within Young Justice. Which is odd considering how YJ seems especially concerned with including EVERY. SINGLE. DC. CHARACTER.
