I’m pretty rubbish at reading novels–I have a hard time finishing those that I’ve started. Last week, I bought “The Bell Jar” because I was feeling upset and felt like it was something I needed to read during this weird transition period. So with the little free time I’ve had, I would draw up a warm bath + read. today I finished it (yay!) and wow, it is such a beautiful and heartbreaking story. Def cried. A lot. On that note, anyone have any other books to recommend? I’d love to hear your suggestions! (at Pilsen Community Books)

all the doors in this house were hollow-core garbage installed in the 90s. we’ve been (slowly) replacing each one with something closer to 1903, the year it was built.
