I miss my study buddies during last module (homeostasis). They were also my PBL groupmates and we really got close.  The tradition that I can't forget was when each one of us would write "Pagtuon Na!" on a sticky note and place it at the center of the table. Whenever someone would talk nonsense, his sticky note will be tapped like it was a buzzer or a bell.  It kept us going and I could say fair and square that learning became somehow fun.

We sometimes don't know a person's worth because we are always comparing with others. Let's be contented and appreciate the good in everything.

ON the menu for breakfast, and snacks, even dinner and lunch. Sometimes, it's either I'm too tired to cook, or too busy to notice my hunger pangs.  Just toasted the bread with butter in the pan (cuz I don't have a toaster) and then put some chocolatey syrup.

Oh! and don't forget the coffee...

I took this photo to remind me of the last time I talked with my father and, after a long time, found his vigor and hope back! I was so happy he made amends with Lola Bebe and that he's now setting his track towards the better. 

Some people are lucky to be able to live with their parents that they just mock at them when they speak, or disrespect them for being ignorant of our generation, and such. I've been living separately from my parents since I was in third year high school (14 yo). I envy you cuz there's someone who restricts you from going out at night or limits the length of your shorts. hahaha :D You are lucky that someone is there to draw you back.

In our Community Medicine, each of us is assigned to 3 families whom we will take care of for 4 years or until we've graduated from med. school. This morning was my second visit to them. It was a pity to see this little girl being left in the house with his brother (about 4 years old), while their mother goes to work by day as a house keeper. I don't blame the mother, because she has no choice, but to work for a living. I'm just worried of what might happen to the kids while she is away.  

P.S. I arrived at their house and found her clothing fully draped in water, so I took the joy of changing her clothes and establish rapport with her. Char leng! Her name is Putchii.

Sometimes I just want to shower and day dream endlessly, but then, I also want to be rich so I get back to reality.
