Kentucky Derby 2013

My favorite Kentucky Derby look was by Lauren Conrad. Of course she was wearing a Paper Crown dress and LC Lauren Conrad pumps. However, the soft monochromatic color scheme & floral fascinator was elegant and ultra chic.
