He could hear the birds starting to chirp, their high pitched screaming breaking down his wall of fairytale dreams. He groaned lightly in reluctancy, his arms pulling the warm, soft object closer to him, nuzzling his face in the crook of her neck sleepily. It was too early and the pillow he was hugging was too warm to wake up, he concluded, spending his time trying to convince himself to sleep. Soft hands brushing his hair out of his face made him freeze - slowly lifting his head up, peeping an eye sleepily open to blearily see who was disturbing him from his sleep. "Morning sleepyhead." Abbey greeted, and Ashby blinked in surprise, his tired brain registering the fact that his girlfriend was Infact next to him. "if this is a dream, I never want to wake up." He mumbled softly, causing Abbey to laugh softly. "We go through this every morning, Ashby." "Not my fault you look like an angel twenty-four-seven." Ashby mumbled sleepily, leaning over and pecking her on the lips lightly. "Good morning, princess." He laughed as Abbey made a small coughing sound. "Excuse me? I'm no princess." "no, you're right. You're my queen." Ashby grinned, pecking her cheek softly. "Ugh gross, it's too early for this shit." Ashby laughed again, letting go over her waist and sitting up softly, rubbing his head gently. "We should get up." "Do we have too?" "Yes, you still have training." "What if we skip today." "No!" "Pshh you're no fun." "I'm the teacher, I'm not supposed to be fun. " "You're also not supposed to seduce your students." "Abbey..." "Yeah, yeah, whatever, I'm getting up."
Ashby stood infront of the class on the last day of their training, his eyes scanning the students faces - the soul crushing look of anticipation on many of their faces - his eyes softening gently under their eager gazes. They shouldnt be so eager to assasinate people - they were so young.
"Congratulations to everyone sitting here today- you have sucessfully passed the training round. Here in my hands," He lifted his hands for effect, "are two folders for each student. In these folders state your first task and mission - which you will be starting tomorrow. It has the sections you will be divided into, for example; security and technology, researchers, weapon guards, field work, scientific work; all of you will be assigned to one of the above. " Ashby lightly paced, taking a pause to catch his breath.
"Security and Technology is a branch you will work in to keep the firewalls strong and resistent against unknown attacks from other gangs and IP addresses, you also will be required to 'delete' people from their life. Some of them may be friends or family, we need you to acknowledge that it wont be easy but it needs to be done. You will also be incharge of breaking into others security systems, yet making sure no one breaks into ours, do you understand?"
A small Chorus of, 'Yes Mr.Song', spread throughout the training room, and Ashby looked down at the folders - flipping through them.
"Okay, the following are placed in Security and Technology:
Alex Manning,
Percy Beakin,
Amanda Kelly,
Martin Lewis,
Joshua Parkington." As names were called, he watched as the familiar faces stood up to collect their folders and missions. The look on their faces could only be described as grateful.
"Moving on," Ashby continued once they had sat back down. "Researchers are incharge of hacking into databases to retrieve information on people who we are after - who are wanted by the police, and who need to be delete. They also offer research on anyone suspicious we feel need to be followed and supervised - they will also be require to follow and stalk. Also, possible interegations may have to be done, and they are no pretty. For interegations, you, security and field workers will be teamed up. The rest of the information on your part is in your folder.
The following may collect their folders;
Maxwell Parr,
Nathan Calough,
Jeon Ceenah, (PLEASE TELL ME YOU GET IT)
Ashley Wells,
Brittany Farleay,
Morgan Daniels."

The lists continued, until the remaining names left to call out were those who were seperated into the "Field work" category.
That meant that those who were under that category were sent out into hazardous missions - and Ashby knew that as he hadnt seen or called out Abbey's name previously - she had to be on this list.
"Last to announce is those under Field work. Im sure you all know what it is, what it is about and what is required.
A few tips I need you all to think about, what you see in missions? They change you, for better or worse. You leave now, and you'll come back a different person. It is dangerous, terrifying, and grusome - some of the things you will find yourself faced with. If things ever get too hard, you can always ask for a week off to take a break, or if it gets far too difficult to handle, you may be repositioned.
The following names I call up, please collect your folders;
Miranda Powell,
Amber Guard,
Zayne Trainor,
Paris Child,
Jay Chen,
and last, but not least,"
Ashby paused lightly, taking a deep breath, before reading the last name on the list that gripped his heart.
After Congratulating everyone on their success, Ashby walked the students out - his eyes falling on one particular student.
"So, Mr.Song,"Abbey teased, a slight grin on her face. "Whats the plan for tonight? You told me you had a surprise for when I would complete the course!"
Ashby chuckled and wrapped an arm around her shoulder, pulling her into his embrace with a small smile - trying to ignore the fact that tomorrow would be the day she would be sent out on a mission.
"Tonight? Im taking you somewhere secret~."
"Secret? You're no fun."
“I’ll come to get you at 7, okay?” Smiling, Ashby removed his arm from her shoulder and placed a small chaste kiss on her lips, before pulling away.
