Ask my Muse ANYTHING! They can’t refuse an answer, must be 100% honesty!
Tina was honestly impressed with herself with how far she’d managed to walk with an extra body to move. It was good progress, shaky legs, an unconscious, mewling weight and all. She was already halfway home when the flick of a tail in the corner of her eye nearly has her legs buckling in shock. “I—- we’re- I’m taking you back to my place, you were….drugged… sort of.” Tina gets out, speech a little breathy from her heart slamming in her chest from the small fright his awakening caused. “Almost there..” She assures him quietly and to also warn him, hoping briefly that he doesn’t panic and try to claw her.
Connor jumped and looked at her in shock. He didn't expect anyone to answer. He was about so talk when he had to stop himself from pukeing.
He fastly moved his tail away and tried to stand up. But his legs were listening to him fully. He looked at his legs and shook it lightly, trying to wake it up completly. He didn't manage to do it. "Who are you-?" He looked up as his pupils got a bit bigger. At least the drug had disappeared from his body a bit?
@bring-me-a-coffee-dipshit
Connor wass runnung through the city, trying to don't be noticed by much people. And surely he didn't want anyone to see his ears and tail. Tail was hidded on his back under the hoodie and he pulled up a hood on his head to cover his ears.
He had ran onto streets without lookint around. He didn't have time for that. He heard that CyberLife knows where he hides so he had to ran to his place, tale everuthing what he could and thought was important and ran look for better place to hide in.
In the looking process he was running too. He ran onto the road but he didn't see a car driving right in his direction. He got hit. The hood fell from his head and tail got out from under the hoodie, all puffed up. He fell backwards onto the road as he 'meowed' somewhat in pain but more in fear.
Gavin hadn't been paying attention quite as much as he should've, glancing out the window every few minutes. When his attention refocused on the road, he cursed in shock, slamming the brakes just a moment too late. He felt the... Whatever it was bounce off his hood, fear coursing through him. "Stupid! So phckin' stupid!"
He scrambles out of the car, sprinting around to the small.... Man? With ears and a tail...? Gavin blinked, rubbing his eyes before saying fuck it, he could hallucinate later. Gently, he lifts the small creature into his arms and tries to be gentle as he lays him down in the backseat, covering him with a spare blanket. "It's gonna be okay buddy... Lemme get you home. Just hang in there."
In one second Connor was on the ground, trying to recover from the hit as fast as he could so he could fastly begin to run again. But in another second he found himself being lifted up and froze. His head was spinning as he couldn't focus on the person that was carrying him.
He heard the person saying something to him but he just couldn't focus. When the blanket landed on him his focus fell a little bit more. He couldn't focus. His whole body hurt but he didn't think he had anything damaged.
He had a few scratched on his cheek from falling from the hit. There surely will be a few brusies from the hit too.

Tina stands stiffly and wide-stanced, body wrought with tension as she watches the stranger indignantly storm off. She hadn’t quite believed her little speech worked. But now that it had, Tina was left holding the weight of the first stranger she’d met on her trail home. “Well fuck me… Ok. We’ll uh… we’ll get you home.” The officer speaks a little dumbly into the night, staring down at the passed out stranger. It was still throwing her in for a loop to see the android with what looked like honest-to-god proper feline attachments, but Tina didn’t really know what else to do aside from taking him home with her. She couldn’t exactly take him to a hospital; not while drunk and especially not when he was at risk of going back to that man who had knocked him out.
“God this is stupid.” She mutters aloud to herself, hoisting the man up into a clumsy fire carry, widening her stance to stop herself from bowling them both over. This is a dumb idea. Her conscience grumbles, making the shaky and exhausted trek home with the unconscious android over her shoulders.
Connor was numb and it was too easy to move him. He let out a small meow at the lifting and curled up a little bit. He felt the warnth. What cat wouldn't? He leaned into it and smiled lightly. It was relaxing.
In the half way he began waking up. He groaned softly and opened his eyes. "Where...?" He asked as his tail moved around nervously.
“He’s- He’s not a fucking animal! What the hell man. Just- back off!” Tina fights with him, inebriated enough to feel righteous in protecting the stranger and sober enough to not trust a word from the man’s mouth until she sees some legitimate proof. Even then she didn’t like the look of this guy. “This guy was obviously scared of something so unless you have a damn good reason I’m taking him into custody until he can speak for himself.” The officer snaps, voice low and official to give the catcher a hint at her occupation, creating further space between them with a step back.
The catcher groaned and rolled his eyes. "Why the fuck does it matter to you?!" He shouted and backened. "But fine! Now he's your problem!" He shouted and went to the car.
Connor was still numb and not moving, maybe his eyes under eyelids but nothkng else. He was cold and shook lightly but he was okay.
ask-kitty-rk800-connor:
Connor looked up at the person and swallowed. His ears went to the back of his head and his tail wrapped around uninjured leg. He took a quick glance on his leg and then up at the person.
He knew he shouldn’t trust the person he knew for a few seconds but he didn’t want to bleed out eighter. He opened his mouth but closed it. He was still sceard. His LED looked like it was going to boil water in a pot and his breath was quick and shallow. “Pl-Please d-don’t hur-hurt me-” he said and looked at his leg, he really wanted to get away from the person, but it was only panic, was it?
“I won’t hurt you. I just want to help.” Niles said carefully. He really didn’t have any ill intentions. He truly wanted to help the injured one.
He took a small step back and held up his hands to show he meant no harm.
“Can I take a look at your leg? You’re bleeding and I just want to make sure you’re okay. If you don’t want me to then at least let me help you to someplace you can get help?” He couldn’t just leave someone in need of help he had to do something. He just wasn’t sure what to do if the other didn’t want help.
Connor looked at his leg and tried to move it closer to himself, just to whimper when he touched it. He swallowed and looked at th person unsurely. He was sceard, he didn't know if he should trust them.
He gritted his teeth and nodded. "O-Ok-Okay-" he said and showed his leg more to the person. It was broken from just a sight of it, a few ripped thirium lines and broken plastic. His skin wasn't on the place of the breaking, it was open to see it.
Tina was completely out of this whole situation, her brain seemed like it was just a step behind whatever was happening in front of her. The only things she did know, eventually, as the stranger crumpled at her feet was one; he was terrified and running from something and two; this asshole was clearly part of or who it was. “Hey.” The officer’s commanding and abrasive tone cuts through the air between the three, arms hooking under the android’s arms to hold him upright and from hitting the ground. “The hell did you-? Hey. Hands off!” She snaps angrily, pushing out the words around a heavy tongue as she tugs the unconscious man. “Who the fuck are you? What did you do to him?” Tina glares, twisting her body to try and get the other man to back off, to at least take his harsh grip out of RK’s hair.
The catcher shouted in protest and tried to get his grip back on the 'cat'. "Hey-!" He shouted and looked at the person. "I'm a fucking animal catcher! That's my fucking job to get that piece of shit to the shelter!" He shouted at them and gritted his teeth.
Connor was a really light android. Not like the others RK800s. He was super light, maybe even just like a kitten. He didn't seem like he was going to wake up soon.
"That cat is a stray! It needs to be taken to thhe fucking shelter!" He shouted as he moved closer to try and take Connor again. "He was running away so I put him into sleep!"
Tina was only heading home from a night out. A couple of drinks, a couple of friends, a bit of something else when she dropped off someone home. She was making her own way back home when someone slammed into her, the alcohol making her slightly less coordinated than usual as she stumbles back quite a bit. “The fu— watch where you’re going.” She hisses, a little, lips tugging down into an unhappy scowl as her head spins a little bit before finding the one responsible.
When her eyes find the Android in question, Tina’s mouth hangs a slightly in shock. Were those……cat ears? And was that Connor? No fucking way. “…Hello?” Tina says with no particular intention, uncertainty and disbelief clouding over her face. …No. It wasn’t Connor Connor, but it was his model. She hadn’t realised she was blatantly staring, an intense look of concentration on her face and slightly off-kilter. “Are you okay..?” The Officer murmurs, noticing his alarm as she openly gawks at his features. It was rude, she knew, but….cat ears… and a tail? People were living their fucking wet dreams through androids these days.
Connor froze at the voice. "I-I-I'm sorry- I didn't want to-" he said fastly as he looked behind himself. The catcher still followed. He fastly stood up and wanted to run again when the catcher threw something at him.
Connor stopped in the middle of the move, looking at his leg. He was going to make Connor sleep and he managed to do so...
Connor fell to the ground with his eyes closed as he breath slowly. "Finally." The catcher went closer and slowly lifted him up by his hair. "Got you, you piece of plastic." He said, laughing. "I can't believe it was so easy."
“If there is one I’m the wrong guy to find it,” Kellan chuckled but it held very little mirth. “Kit is better at that sort of thing, engineering and communications. And even if I could make something to contact my team, Nekko is the only one who could probably find me and I have no clue where he ended up.”
He sighed, shoulders sagging, “So….I wait.” He good at that, waiting is fine. He’s a wolf, wolves are good at waiting.
But, by the spirits, he hates it.
“So…um, hunting. What are we looking for? I’ve mostly been catching small pray since I got here but you’re lead on this hunt.”
Connor frowned and sighed, he didn’t know what to do. “I’m not good at technology eighter.” He said and run a hand through his hair. “I might be part of it but I don’t know much about it.” He said and looked around.
“I always hinted birds and rats. They were the easiest to catch…” he said and bit inside of his cheek. “There’s a lot of them at Detroit.” He added and walked closer to the edge of the roof. The hole between the edges was huge. “This jump might be quite hard.” He said and backened. He ran and jumped. He would have fall if he wouldn’t catch himself. He climbed up, panting. “That was close…” he said and looked at his hand. He damaged his skin a little.
Kellan hesitated.
He was already not a great jumper and the fact Connor struggled to make the jump made him weary.
But….there didn’t seem to be an easy was around and nothing around to help him jump.
So he back up, further then was probably necessary, took a moment to prepare himself.
He sprinted for the gap, not daring to hesitate as he leaped.
His claws barely scraped the brick to the other building before he was free-falling.
He shoved down the instinctual panic as he dropped like a rock, claws out and grabbing for something to grip. Something hit his back and Kell twisted around to grab. He ended up clinging to some kind of wire that snapped under his weight and propelled in into a window with a loud crash.
In a matter of seconds, Kellan went from the rooftops to laying face down on a dusty wood floor with a few painful reminders of why he didn’t like playing tree-top jumping.
Connor was rushing to help him but wasn’t fast enough. He jumped down onto some fire escape and tried to jump into the window too. He jumped and triped a little, falling inside without a second to catch himself.
“Are you okay?” He asmed fastly not careing at anything else and getting closer to Kellan. “Sorry I should be faster…” he said as he held his hand out to him. “Or just wait for you at the edge…”
Kellan huffed as he rolled over and sat up, “..’m fine.”
He shook his head and gave himself a once over for injuries.
There was definitely glass in his arm, he could feel it and he groaned at how tricky it was going to be getting all of that out of his arms. He was also scrapped up pretty badly and he could feel some blood soaking his pants on his thigh.
He’d had worse. He’d had much, much worse. But it still hurt.
“Should’ve listened to you,” Kell said as he took Connor’s offered hand and stood, wincing when his injured leg protested. “ow.”
Connor scaned him and looked him over at once, his LED blinked yellow a few times as he called for someone to fix the window and he looked around fastly, scaning. “I’ll take you back to the tent…” he said and looked at Kellan. “Just trust me.” He said and lifted Kellan up. “No buts.”
He fastly walked out onto the fire escape and when he got back onto the roof, he calculated the best situation to jump through the hole with Kellan. He took deeper breath and began running as fast as he could. He jumped and landed on the edge, he swayed a little but pulled forward. He then began running more to jump through more holes until they got back to the tent.
Kellan huffed and puffed in pain but pushed through it as they moved, focusing on keeping pace with Connor.
When they got to the tent, he pulled away and sat next to it…..well, it was more like a controlled fall onto the stony rooftop.
He got to work as soon as he was sitting, medical training taking over almost automatically. He started on his pants and yanked them down enough to examine his thigh. Running on it might have been a poor choice because his upper leg was coated in blood, fur matted and sticky. The source was a long cut, not life threatening deep but fixing it wasn’t going to be pleasant.
His arm was also something he wasn’t looking forward to. Fur plus foreign objects in a wound meant a very tedious process. Not to mention it felt like a lot of glass was in there.
Kellan groaned to himself before he looked back at Connor, “Do you have tweezers? Or something similar?”
Connor looked at Kellan and thought for a few seconds. He then went inside the tent and took out a first aid kit he found not long ago. “That’s all I have.” He said as he opened it.
In surprise it was full. There was everything that should be inside the kit. “I don’t have more.” He said and sighed, running his jand through his hair. “I’m sorry this happened to you. I should have told you to don’t jump.” He said ans bit inside of his cheek.
“Not your fault, I was being stubborn. Not uncommon for me.”
Kellan dragged the bag Connor brought closer and started rifling through it one-handed. He didn’t recognize a lot of what was in it but basic tools tended to be the same.
He tied some bandages around his leg and set a square of it to the side before grabbing the tweezers and tackling his arm. The bigger pieces of glass were easy to find and remove, but the task of picking tiny shards of glass out of his arm quickly became difficult as he had to start digging to find the offending objects.
It hurt but it was bearable, the hardest part being finding the glass and maneuvering it out.
Connor was controling Kellan's state. He should have warn him. Why was he so stupid and didn't do anything? He sighed and began walking around. From one end of he roof to other. He always did it when he was nervous.
His ears were still on the back of his head and his tail was right next to his leg with every move. He really was worried. It was weird for him because he never was worried about someone but he had to go through it. "You're sure you don't need something more? Water?"
“If there is one I’m the wrong guy to find it,” Kellan chuckled but it held very little mirth. “Kit is better at that sort of thing, engineering and communications. “Interesting,” Kellan said. “I’m surprised that your people have been given freedom. Many worlds with slave classes refuse to change their ways and wage wars on and off. The fact that you were gifted freedom is quite impressive.”
He was exaggerating a little. He’d only been on a handful of inhabited worlds that also condoned slavery. But he was impressed that the leader here had decided to acknowledge androids as people.
He moved to his next question, “You seemed surprised by my healing magic. Does Earth not have magic?”
Connor crossed his arms on his chest. “Well, they didn’t have a choice. We fought for the freedom.” He said and shrugged.
“Well, yeah.” Connor nodded. “All the ‘magic’ we have are some cheap tricks. It’s nothing to what you did.” He said and looked back at his leg. It was sore but at least he came back alive. “It is shame to name our ‘magic’ as magic.” He said and chuckled.
“Real magic is strangely uncommon in the universe,” Kellan said. “Threw me for a loop when I found out how uncommon it was.”
He kept up the questions for a bit, but as the night wore on his questions were interrupted more and more frequently by yawns. Eventually, he called it a night, tanking Connor again before stretching out. Not on the bed, however. He flopped down on the floor so that he was stretched out in front of the door. Call him paranoid but every once and awhile he’d hear shouting from below, he assumed it was the drunk humans Connor had mentioned. So, for his peace of mind, he positioned himself so that if anyone came in they would trip on Kellan.
Connor just threw some material on Kellan, so it won’t be so cold. He sighed quietly and rubbed his eyes as sleep was convinceing him to lay down.
After some time he took other material and lyed down on the floor, covering himself with it and slowly falling asleep.
Kellan woke up a few hours later. Not because he was rested and ready to go, but because his shoulder was aching.
He frowned and then winced when he heard the boom of thunder. There was a storm coming and the sudden change in the atmosphere was messing with old scars.
Sighing, he sat up and grabbed his bad shoulder, letting magic light up the room with a soft golden glow. It didn’t to much for the pain, but the action took the edge off.
He watched as rain started to patter on the rooftop and over the tents roof.
Connor’s leg began to hurt too, so he curled it closer to himself. He still was asleep but when rain reached him from the hole in the roof of the tent he shot up and looked around. When he realized that it was a storm he took a pot, which of course he was useing only for rain because where he could cook something, and put it under the hole.
He sighed and stood up slowly. He took rest of the material from the bed and pulled off his jacket to use it as a dam between the roof and the entrance to the tent. He walked above Kellan as quiet as he could and put the materials so the water wouldn’t get into the tent.
He hated water. He hated rain. But he couldn’t control the weather. He then walked back in and sat down in the corner of the tent. He curled up around himself and sighed without sound. He was playing with his ball.
Kellan eventually managed to ease the muscles in his shoulder enough to fall asleep. It was fitful and uncomfortable but he managed to stay asleep until sunrise.
He awoke with the first rays of dawn peeking over the horizon.
He sat up, stretching with a long yawn before looking around the tent for Connor.
Connor wasn’t there. He was outside on the roof, looking down on a few men. He was hideing too but now he seemed to be more interested in those men.
He was kneeling on the edge of the roof with his ears on the back of his head and tail close to himself.
The men didn’t seem to be a threat but he still wanted to keep an eye on them. He didn’t trust humans.
Kellan took a moment before he finally spotted Connor.
He shuffled over, keeping low in case Connor was watching a threat, until he was crouched next to him.
Kellan wrinkled his nose at the smell of alcohol. He’d never liked alcohol and whatever the humans below had been drinking smell like some nasty stuff. He couldn’t help but quietly question why people liked consuming things that really should not be consumed.
Connor looked at the man a few more seconds and moved away from the edge of the roof. He saw a lot more people getting drunk or high. He didn’t understand why they were doing this.
“How did you sleep?” He asked a little more relaxed but still quietly. He looked around a little and then looked at Kellan.
“Like a new pup,” Kellan said. “How about you, is your leg still okay? Nothing off?” He was still unsure about the affects of magic on machinery but so far Connor’s body seemed to be reacting within the normal side effects.
He kept an ear on the goings on below, not fully trusting that none of the humans would stay away from the rooftop.
Connor was still a little bit focused on the people under them, but listened. “It’s sore. But it’s fine.” He said and looked at his leg.
There was nothing, not even a scratch. He then looked back up. “Are you hungry or something? I can go on a hunting. Maybe it’s not a lot if meat but it’s still something.”
“I couldn’t ask you to go alone,” But he was hungry. “What if we both went? We could catch more with both of us hunting.”
Connor shrugged. “If you feel up to it.” He said and looked around. “But we need to stay low. No one can see us.” He warned. He had once been seen by someone and they have called cops, he had to run with all the strenght he had.
“And I might act weird.” He said and yawned quietly, covering his mouth with his hand.
Kellan shrugged, “I’m an magic alien, think we passed weird awhile ago. But I’ll follow your lead”
Connor snorted, not being able to keep that inside. “I guess you’re right.” He said and moved forward. “Follow me then.” He said and ran to the edge of the building, jumping from roof to roof, his leg was still sore and when he landed he tripped lightly but he had to get some food.
“Just try to ran on the middle of he roof so no one will see you.” He said from the other roof. “The space between the roof shouldn’t be too big.” He informed.
Kellan nodded as he took a few steps back before following Connor’s lead and clearing the gap.
His landing was messy, hitting the roof with a thwhump and stumbling a bit before regaining balance. Jumping wasn’t really his specialty, wolves like himself were’t really designed for it. But was long as the building gaps didn’t get to big he felt he could handle it.
Connor looked at Kallen and came a little closer. “Are you okay?” He asked worriedly as he looked the other over. He looked at the next gap and back at Kallen. “Maybe it will be better if you won’t go.” He said and looked at the other buildig.
“The gap here is a bit bigger.” He said and looked at Kallen. “You really don’t need to go.”
Kellan’s ears flicked back and he straightened, “I can handle a few jumps. I’m just not very graceful.” As if to prove his point, Kellan ran to the next jump.
He made it but he had to pinwheel his arms to keep from tipping back into the gap. But he made it.
He turned to Connor, toothy grin on his face.
Connir nodded lightly with small smile and began running to the next edge. He jumped and landed a bit further then the other edge of he roof.
“Just tell me if you think you won’t be able to jump throught the gap.” He said and looked at the other gap. It was smaller then the other two.
“No problem,” Kell replied. He was getting a little cocky, he knew it, but he was finally finding his feet on this planet and it made him a little giddy.
He cleared the next gap pretty easily and took a minute to survey the surroundings while waiting for Connor.
They were’t to far from Connor’s camp but the last walk he’d had in the city had been from street level. From the rooftops, it was like a switch had been flipped. From above, the stench and grim of the city were easier to ignore and the lights of the lamps and building cast almost everything in a soft glow. leftover moisture from the rain only amplified the glow, reflecting off of cars and building.
“The team would have loved this,” Kellan murmured to himself.
Connor jumped and stood beside Kellan. "Really? I would do anything to get out of here." He said and shrugged. "But well, I need to eat, I don't have any money, people doesn't want something like me to work for them. I guess it's just a 'get used to' thing."
He looked at the city and sighed. "They surely are looking for you, aren't they?" He asked not waiting for answer. "Do you know any way that could let you comunicate with them?" He asked again and crossed his arms on his chest.
ask-kitty-rk800-connor:
Connor was shakeing. Everything hurt and he didn’t know who helped him. He wanted to move away but his leg hurt so much that even the smallest move hurt.
He had wrapped his arms around himself for at least feel a little safe. He opened his eyes and looked at the person that helped him. He didn’t see them before but they looked familliar. Well, everything looked familliar when the person looked nearly like him.
The leg was bleeding and Connor couldn’t feel it. It was crashed, broken and twisted in wrong way. He wanted to get away but it was barely holding itself to him.
(( I moved Nines from @rk9iles over to here)) It was interesting to see someone who looked so much like him. RK units were rare to come by and with that came their unique looks and features. Was this also an RK? Niles was not sure but it was clear he needed help so he took a slow step forward.“It’s okay you’re safe, you’re safe now. I know you must be in…and your leg looks like it’s in bad shape, can I take a look at it?”
Connor looked up at the person and swallowed. His ears went to the back of his head and his tail wrapped around uninjured leg. He took a quick glance on his leg and then up at the person.
He knew he shouldn't trust the person he knew for a few seconds but he didn't want to bleed out eighter. He opened his mouth but closed it. He was still sceard. His LED looked like it was going to boil water in a pot and his breath was quick and shallow. "Pl-Please d-don't hur-hurt me-" he said and looked at his leg, he really wanted to get away from the person, but it was only panic, was it?
