"Are you an explorer, too?" Silvan asked the Riolu curiously, "I'm on my own journey. Why are you travelling?"

Kaizen shakes his head at the question, "No, not yet. I'm hoping to eventually venture out on my own, which is why I'm training! If I can defend myself, then I should be able to hold my own out there." It was pretty dangerous out there after all. The Riolu's tail wags slightly at the other question Silvan asks, "A journey sounds really fun, a way to make your own story, yeah?" He turns to once again look over at the large, towering mountain. "I want to go there, to the top." His brows furrow in determination.

"I'll get up there someday." 'Sooner rather than later.'

Kai @ Series: you mentioned that dragon types arrived on their own whim. Do you know how that came to be?

[Series eyes the Riolu intensely-something was off about Kai, but they were not the one to reveal such matter.]

[Their eyes only continued to flare as they took in what was asked, Series' hostility filling the starscape with no place to take refuge in.]

They arrived through a rift, a small crack in the universe that they managed to claw their way through.

Siblings, those were the leaders. They went through first, and the rest followed.

Kai curiously approaches the Sawsbuck, ears twitching in curiosity. "Excuse me, could you tell me where I am? I'm afraid I'm a little lost."

Brows furrow as Kai stares intently at the large, imposing mountain.

"I'm itching to go explore it some day."

Kai @ Mama: Kai bounds up to the Cresselia, running in place for a few moments before looking up at her curiously. "You're taking care of Zephyr, so would that make you his mama, or adoptive mama? You seem to know a bit about how Arceus work, is this world's Arceus still here? What happened to them-" Oh, he's asking many questions.

*Mama couldn’t help but smile at the excited little Riolu. She had to admit that the absolute joy children have is contagious. She leaned over to be on his level.*

*Mama paused for a moment before answering his other questions. She knew how smart kids could be, so she couldn’t just lie to him. However, she had to word it in a way that would be appropriate for a child.*

*Her voice took on a bit of a sad tone as one of her ribbons went to wrap around the Riolu’s neck, as if to comfort him in case what she said upset him*

Mama: Sadly, he isn’t here anymore… he just got sick and his body couldn’t fight it off anymore…even us legendaries aren’t invincible…

*After a moment, she returned he ribbon to its original place and stood up. She had a gentle smile on her face and her voice sounded a bit more cheerful.*

However, you don’t need to worry about that little one! How about you go play with Zephyr and his friends? I’m sure that they’d love to spar!

"What got me into exploring?" Kai pauses for a moment, brows furrowing as he thought deeply for the proper answer to give Lee. "Well, it always seemed fun. Get to be a hero in your own right if you make a name for yourself. Plus exploring gives me the chance to travel, sure this place is great and all, but seeing places for the first time? Now you can't tell me the thought of that doesn't make you a little bit excited?"
