I had to do some major research on their timeline between Joseph and Wu Chang, and APPARENTLY they were in the similar timeline together. I have No Idea how to execute that via in this, but I do know now that they would know each other at this time.

I honestly thought Wu Chang would be around an older time period but I Guess Not judging the fact that's what even the canon is telling me, so it's possibly me going to fix this around about to make it more sense.
