“Q U I C K ! i need you to pretend like we’re dating for the next like…5 minutes! a creep from tinder has been STALKING me and he’s here and just PLEASE. i’ll repay you with cuddles, kisses, alcohol or d. all of the above.”
@frostfordstart
“Um, wait.. What?” Aspen was already confused by what was happening or what she was being pulled into. “O-Okay.” Her eyes glanced around, looking for this said creep. “I could go talk to them if you’d like. Tell them to leave you alone.”
“Looks can be decievin’. I think the only way to know for sure if it’s the best is to buy it an’ take it home for yourself.” He grinned at the thought that if he bought it himself, that there was a good chance that it wouldn’t make it home in one piece. Or any pieces. “Not sure myself, though I’m sure that if they’ve got themselves a booth here that they’re worth it. Can’t say that I’ve ever met a pecan pie here that I didn’t like.”
"There’s no way I could eat all of that by myself.” Although she enjoyed a good pecan pie, it was more than likely half of that pie would go to waste. “Would you like to take some home with you? I insist on it really.” Having a booth at the festival did mean they had to be pretty good. Maybe one day Aspen would have her own baked good booth. “You’ve convinced me. I’m getting that pie.” Her hand began waving around trying to get attention to booth attendant.
Noah loved the pies in Frostford. If he had to pick a favorite, it would be impossible to choose. He was examining the pies thinking about which to take when he heard the girl next to him. “Uh, yes. They are absolutely amazing.” he looked at the girl. “Have you never had Frostford’s pecan pie?”
Shaking her head in response, she looked over at the person next to her. “I’m working on it.” A smile danced on her lips as her gazed moved back to the pies. “I’ve been to the Wild Flour before but I haven’t brought any of the pies yet. I’m still settling in..” It had been two months since she had moved to Frostford and she hardly had done any unpacking. It was actually beginning to be a little embarrassing.
He’d just arrived and not having linked up with anyone yet, he was wondering around himself, getting acquainted with everything the festival had to offer. Landon had been told now a handful of times that he had to try all the pecan praline treats that would be on show at the festival. And he was a sweets kind of guy. He went to the gym today, so with a shrug he sauntered over the booth that was harbouring loads of baked goodies.
“I, actually, have not. But you can tell probably from the drool coming out of my mouth that I’m going to be buying at least one of these,” he said, with a chuckle, to the cute girl who’d spoken. “Why don’t I get 2 of the tarts and we can try them together?” he offered with a bill between his fingers, figuring it’d be more fun than trying it alone.
Her eyes glanced over at the man speaking with her. Her gaze immediately glancing at his lips to see the drool. A quiet snicker left her mouth. “I didn’t notice the drool til you mentioned it but that makes two drooling fools.” Her mouth was salivating from the aroma alone. Aspen began to shake her head. “No, no.. That’s not necessary. You don’t have to pay for me.” Fumbling around in her pocket, she felted around for some bills. “But we can certainly eat them together.. If you’d still like.”
Raylan stopped when he heard the voice ask a question, eyes drawn towards the pies at the booth that were calling his name as much as the next person who happened to swing by the booth as he grinned. “A pecan pie or this here pecan pie? ‘cause I’ve had plenty of ‘em before but I can’t say I’ve had one of these,” he spoke with a bit of a grin, already trying not to notice his mouth watering just by staring at the pies.
A series of giggles escaped Aspen’s mouth. “This particular one.” Her finger motioned towards one of the pies that sat in the back that appeared to have more pecans on it than the other ones. "Doesn’t that one look the best?” Her gaze moved to look at the person who was speaking with her. “Do you know who makes them?"
Aspen walked through the streets of the festival. Her eyes scanned all of the booths. Her gaze was immediately drawn into the pecan pies. The sweet aroma was too hard to resist. Her feet were moving towards the smell before she knew it. After a few seconds, she eventually made it to the booth. Luckily, it wasn’t that crowded.
“Have you ever had one of these before? Are they good?” The words hung in the air, waiting to be answered by anyone close by.
“I can’t believe that happened to you…” Juniper started, looking over at her friend, “What kind of person just does that? But if I’m honest..I’m kinda happy it happened,” She smiled, “Cause it got you to move here. Don’t hate me..”
@aspenlovens
“I’m not sure.. Maybe some kind of creep or a kid who didn’t know better. I’m pretty lucky I didn’t get swatted.” A smile crept onto Aspen’s pink lips with a laugh that followed. “I could never hate you. It’s quite impossible actually.” Her eyes scanned the festival. “Looks like I came right in time too. Are the pecan pies any good? You think they are from Wild Flour?”

Aspen’s occupation is being a full time streamer on twitch where she streams a variety of games and sometimes does baking streams.
Her hobbies include; gaming and baking.
The reason why she moved to Frostford is because her address got leaked and it was no longer safe to live in South Carolina.
Her favorite place to go is to Wild Flour Bakery. She loves sweets and she actually dreams of trying to sell some of her baked goods there one day.
She discovered Frostford from her friend, Juniper.
I’m currently writing an actual biography but I’m slow. If you’d like to plot, I’d be down for it!
