hi pook :D this is very sweet ty for checking in! i am not in the ER and haven't been for a solid few months actually 💪 i picked up another class and am working everyday after school now so im literally leaving the house at 5am and getting home at 11 rn, hence the inactivity 😭 hopefully i'll have some time soon to dedicate to my fandoming but rn i'm lucky if i have time to study for the next day and eat anything ☹️

first of all you are absolutely not bothering me ml. and second, i think sometimes adults get trapped inside themselves, like insdie work or stress or disappointment or whatever else, and they start moving through their own lives weirdly instead of living in them properly. that doesn’t make it hurt less, but it also doesn’t mean you failed at being lovable and i know this probably doesn’t help much right now, but a parent pulling away is never a reflection of whether their kid was “enough.” kids are not supposed to earn presence from their parents. you already deserved that automatically. also the fact you still love him this much even while you’re hurting says a lot about you as a person. i’m really sorry you’re carrying this around mostly alone :( this is never how a kid should be made to feel about their parent. if you ever need anything my dms are always open 💕i'm sorry i don't have anything more helpful to say
