Yoga Boost for your Lymphatic System
Did you know you can give your lymphatic system a little boost and love with a few simple yoga poses š
Legs up the wall, downward dog (adho mukha svanasana), cobra pose (bhujangasana), and sun salutations (surya namaskar) all help the venous return and lymphatic drainage system.
Try any of these poses or sequence, either alone or together in a gentle flow, to assist in keeping your lymphatic system moving. Always remember to consult with your doctor and possibly a certified yoga instructor for guidance on how to properly do the poses and any modifications you can make to a pose while still receiving the benefits of the pose.
