1. How tall are you? 170 cm ± 3 cm

2. What color and style is your hair? Dark brown, long curly hair. I don’t style my hair, I just let it sit naturally

3. What color are your eyes? blue

4. Do you wear glasses? Only sunglasses, but I wear them often enough that my eyes dislike being in sunlight without them

5. Do you have braces? I did, it sucked

6. What is your fashion style? Jeans all year round, if it gets above 35°C I’ll use denim shorts though. I pretty much always wear some kind of white shirt, with either a hoodie or dark jacket during winter, or a second thin shirt during the summer

7. Full name? Audax-Aureus. What? Can’t you read?

8. When were you born? about 20 years ago

9. Where are you from and where do you live now? Born in West Sydney and slowly migrated to North-West Sydney. Lived there ever since.

10. What school do you go to? University of Western Sydney. Not Western Sydney University.

11. What kind of student are you? Above average, but far from diligent.

12. Do you like school? I did enjoy it, but I probably wouldn’t ever go back to an environment like that even if I did have the choice to live it all again.

13. What are your favorite subjects? Since my entire course revolves around Zoology and Biochemistry, the question should be which subjects Don’t I like.

14. Favorite TV shows? What are they? /sarcasm

15. Favorite movies? Not a huge fan of movies tbh. I do enjoy them occasionally, but none stick out.

16. Favorite books? I don’t have much time to read anymore, at least, not anything that isn’t a scientific journal article

17. Favorite pastime? I do spend a lot of time on video games, but I haven't touched a console in a while. I enjoy catching up with mates, and although I rarely do so anymore, I do play guitar

18. Do you have any regrets? None that really keep me awake at night. Occasionally I’ll reflect on something stupid/rude that I said, but I tend to move on quite quickly.

19. Dream job? Independent zoological researcher with unlimited grants

20. Would you like to be married someday? Yep

21. Would you like to have kids? Absolutely

22. How many? No more than three, but I’d prefer two

23. Do you like shopping? Not particularly. I never find what I’m looking for and I hate buying stuff I didn’t set out to buy from the start.

25. The scariest nightmare you had? Not sure, but I’m not scared of my nightmares, I find it quite entertaining reflecting on them post-nightmare. That being said they aren’t fun during them

27. Do you have a s/o? An ‘s’ forward slash ‘o’? I don’t even know what that’s supposed to mean

28. Do you believe in miracles? I believe that things can occur outside of our understanding of the sciences, but it all boils down to the work of the Holy Spirit working in the world

29. How much do you love bitchinlucass? Another one of those undecipherable questions. Is this some kind of in-joke?

30. What colour is your soul? As far as I’m aware souls are not a physical entity and therefore absorb no light, therefore it is fundamentally impossible to ask such a question. But being as our souls most likely ‘reside’ in the synapse activity in our brains, I’d say mine is somewhere between pink and grey depending on how much blood my brain is receiving at the moment.

Don’t think so. The armour looks a bit different, and I think less of the face was visible in hers. That being said I haven't seen the armour in about two and a half years or so.

Cool sights in the sky tonight. The ISS, Venus, and Jupiter. I missed the once in a lifetime shot of the ISS between the two because a bloody car drove in front of my set-up and the ISS moves so damned fast. surprise-1001 pointed out the ISS just as we were about to leave because it hadn’t shown up yet and was ‘late’ (though perhaps our clocks were just fast).

Photo 1 and Photo 2 were taken with only five seconds in between them. That’s how fast ISS is.

On the 23rd of May, surprise-1001, myself, and a mate of ours took some photos of planets on my personal Digital Camera (which I took a two week course on how to operate, hence why the photos with it (1 and 2) look better, and with my father’s SLR with Telescopic lens (which I have no idea how to operate - photos 3-5). They came out nicely. ISO was 1600. I tried 3200 on my camera, the SLR didn’t go that high, but it just made everything go yellow. Photo Descriptions have what planet they are. 

surprise-1001, you’re gooder at space than me. What is the other planet/spherical object in photo 3 and 5? It’s not a water droplet like the bottom-right (of photo #3) because you can’t see stars on the other side of it when you zoom right in.

In your Saturn picture, the other object is definitely not Uranus, as that planet came above the horizon at 4am, and I have no idea where Neptune was, other than it wasn’t near Saturn. Your water droplet prediction is wrong, however. Those spots on the picture match up perfectly to the stars in the constellation right next to Saturn at that time. It was those stars that I used to find Saturn on the camera.

I have no clue what those unknown objects near the moon might be. Without an exact time I can’t make an accurate prediction, as the moon travels very quickly relative to most things in the night sky. The only bright stars in the region at that approximate time would be Tegmine, Asellus Australis or Asellus Borealis, but I’m not very confident that they might be those in the first place. 

I’m assuming those two Luna pictures with the unknowns were taken one right after the other, and the fact that one has a super bright object, and the other does not, and that both of them have a speck in the same location as well, I believe it is a safe assumption to say that those were water droplets or impurities, either on the lens or in the air.

I often experience some degree of melancholy when I reflect upon the story of the Thylacine. Although extinction occurs on a daily basis, it is rare, and quite a strange feeling when something as iconic as the Thylacine dies out. Unlike iconic extinctions of the past (think dinosaurs, sabre tooth cats, etc.), the Thylacine was around long enough for us to gather a small portion of film and photographs from when it was alive. It died out just long enough ago that it’s existence seems like a distant memory, it doesn’t feel real enough that they walked on this earth. Also, unlike the Dojo, there isn’t really anything like it left. You could state that the Tassie Devil is similar enough, but there are so many things about the Thylacine that just make it so unique from anything else in the world.

I guess it also feels gloomy reflecting on the fact that all film we have of the Thylacine was captured during captivity, in environments where the animal was confined to small spaces, deprived of stimulation, and fed like a pig. Viewing these films, you can clearly see the signs of stress showing in the animals. In fact, the final recorded death of a Thylacine (7 September, 1936), was determined to be caused by neglect. It seems so sad that the small glimpse that we have on this iconic marsupial carnivore was during the Thylacine’s darkest days.

So after seven 7 kill games in sim battles, I've finally broken my record.....and absolutely smashed it into orbit. 11 kill game, 5 kills in first life, 6 in the second. Made a 'final stand' twice, first one I really did die, the second one I got away with, and they just kept coming at me, and I just kept sending them back to their spawn. Half way through this match I looked at the scoreboard and gave up hope for victory, and you can imagine the feeling I had when one by one, they fell. Very satisfying game, feel like I won't have a game like that for a while.

Just had the best ultra sim game ever with 7 kills, making this my fourth 7 kill game in simulator mode. Over 3k xp too. Why then, did I receive such a small amount of rp towards FPE? Like, what the hell. That game was ridiculously good for me, and that is all I get? Not happy >:(

Teammate also effectively got team killed. Nothing went right with this match.

Update: Nevermind. Internet cut out as this game finished, so the rp received at the end was not what I actually received. This game actually unlocked me PFE, brakes, suspension and M51B shells

Finally catching on with realistic battles in War Thunder with erwin-und-panzer. Got a rare gem of a map here with absolutely gorgeous views above the clouds. Not so much of a good game, but you don't see scenes like this very often. Dear Gaijin, please increase the chances of dusk/dawn games.
