Knitting Mod - Released!

Get yer needles ready. It's time.

Knitting! This mod adds a knitting interaction and skill to the game.

To get started, buy a pair of knitting needles. You'll also need to purchase yarn to knit with. The knitting bag can be used to store knitting needles and yarn, so if you have a family of knitters, or just a sim who likes to knit an awful lot, it's a convenient way to keep the items together.

You can knit items or just practise. Skill up to get better at making more advanced projects.

Traits will affect how fast, successful, and happy sims are at knitting, and there are 6 custom moodlets related to knitting.

There are few things I want to look into adding/changing, so there will likely be updates coming up.

I’ve had this idea to replace the UI poses for over a year now, I just never got round to doing it. But finally, finally I’ve actually finished it! So basically what this does is replaces the Sim poses in the UI (when they’re happy, sad, angry etc.) with either retouched ones, exaggerated ones or plain static ones (aka expressionless), your choice! Mod Info * This mod was built and tested with game version 1.69, but should work with other versions. * What type of mod is this? - This is an animation override mod that replaces the UI poses (toddler - elder). IMPORTANT! When you use this mod for the first time, the poses won’t load in straight away, so you’ll continue to see the default UI poses. Having your Sim change into a different outfit, resetting them or switching households can make the poses load in quicker or right away. However, sometimes it won’t always work (although it’s rare) and you just have to wait until the new poses load in for whichever Sim. Remember to put ONLY ONE file into your OVERRIDES folder, and if you want to take the mod out or use a different version, it’s normal to continue seeing the poses from this mod in your game, you just have to either wait for the default ones to load in again or do the things I mentioned above. Versions / Flavours Retouched - This changes the default UI poses with slightly different facial expressions and adds movement within the neck and shoulders. Exaggerated - This version makes the poses a lot more expressive, making it so the Sims use their arms and turn their body more. Static - In this version your Sims will always have an expressionless face, regardless of their mood. August 2020 Update (TS4-TS3 Conversions)

The store’s been updated. Lots of male clothing and ALL CC now has two download options, Simfileshare or Mediafire. Go to the New Arrivals page to see all the new stuff.

In the future I’ll probably release a few conversions at a time, rather than these CC dumps.

Here’s the updated mod that Rez Delnava made now compatible with patch 1.67. It expands the slots for correctly categorized beauty marks, freckles, and wrinkles. In the new, fancy preview above, I’ve applied all the beauty marks and freckles in my game to Rena’s face. Place the .package in your Mods/Overrides folder or Mods/Packages folder. I tend to put all mods in the Overrides folder for my own personal taste. Enjoy and let me know if there’s any problems.
