Butterscotch Cupcakes

Lyle's now do this amazing butterscotch sauce and it is divine. I added it to the icing and Cupcakes and it was a definite winner.

Birthday Cake

It was lovely making this cake for a care home birthday celebration. Thankfully the weather gods ensured there was no rain so the outdoor celebration could continue.

The boys are off! My small contribution was about 10kg of Flapjacks! Some have sultanas, some have M&Ms - which would you rather?

The ingredients in the first photo weren't actually enough so you can imagine the stockpile needed! Huge thank you to all who donated ingredients.
