Stress can mask itself in many many ways! Mine was causing me to have seizures 😬 It’s scary !!! This is why it’s so important to take care of YOU ! Do for YOU !! Go workout ... Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes you have to make the hard choices ! Sometimes you want to throw you hands up and give up ! Sometimes you may want to just break down and cry ! We all have problems and we all, at times , may have “things” going on in our lives that could break us and make us give up ! It’s not the “things” that happen to us ... It’s how we handle them ! Instead of looking at the miserable bad things in your life ... Look at the good ! Change your mindset and remind yourself of all the blessings you have ! My life isn’t perfect ... Hell is been quite the roller coaster these last few years ! I could have given up ... But instead I decided to fight for me and my happiness ! I have the most amazing friends and family who have supported and helped me thru the tough times !! I have a roof over my head , food in my belly, a cat to drive and so many people who love me and have proven they will be there for me not only thru the good times but the tough ones as well !!
