          there was a mischievous smirk on her face at the mention of zoe on a date. of course esme didn’t expect her to be on one —  she knew she had the girl in the palm of her hands, and that’s why she continuously reminded her of the fact that she DIDN’T have anyone else; zoe didn’t have a boyfriend because she would always be drawn to esme.  at least that was what esme needed to believe to be in control of the situation.  ❛ good. i’ve told you a million times, zo, those boys aren’t good enough for you anyway. ❜  the grin on her face only grew at the mention of miles, and she instantly nodded her head.   ❛  please, he’s already begging for my forgiveness, but my phone’s off for the night. i’ll let him suffer for a while. ❜  it was the very same thing she did to zoe all too often; IGNORED her while she was with miles, making her sweat and want her more ( or so she thought ).
