Twas the week before Christmas,
to see the sparkle of Baraka and the joy found inside...
Jamie (a compassionate, funny and driven visionary social entrepreneur extraordinaire) is the brains behind the Baraka brawn.
Shane, (Jamie’s innovative right hand man - loyal, caring, and friendly) is proud of plowing his way through the repairs with our fantastic designer and amazing repair partner. The 30 + clients that have asked for repairs begin arrive and Shane’s Saturday flies by in a flurry of activity and clients.
The gentle and nervous man picking up his beautiful custom designed ring. He is leaving on a plane on Tuesday to propose to his girlfriend in another country. (The details are a secret, or I would love to tell you more about this GORGEOUS creation!)
Another anxious potential groom prepares to propose with his mother's ring that we will be putting into the setting of his choice. The glow of the excitement on his face when he saw the engagement setting was beautiful.
The young man who lives across the street and needs extra cash, brought jewelry for a possible deal with Jamie – and left happy.

While sitting at Thanksgiving dinner, Caitlin's grandmother said: “This ring sparkles just like you.”…
Caitlin had tears in her eyes when Shane revealed her precious polished and resized ring.
An interesting and diverse couple that purchases estate jewelry who had asked Shane to set a new white sapphire center stone and rebuild the filigree in this gorgeous ring. The result is beautiful!
The man who stopped in briefly to chat, eat an Almond Roca and pick up a pair of 1.20 ctw diamond stud earrings for his wife for Christmas.
The couple with their cute dog - a rescue Lhasa apso Havanese mix - that came into design their wedding rings. The third visit for both, they were checking on the wax molds for his hammered wedding ring and her diamond engagement ring and double wedding band – both platinum. She chose her diamond for her ring as they both conferred back and forth with Shane. We are all eagerly waiting to see what these rings look like when they are done!
As the day drew to a close, Baraka staff celebrated meeting more amazing people and more precious stories.
