[pm] Weapons or hand to hand?
[pm] You can use weapons if you wish. I prefer using my hands.
[pm] Not exactly, though several groups have tried to recruit me in the past. We always inevitably fell out when they decided that having an individual agenda clashed with their hive-mind philosophies.Â
[pm] Ah. The League does not have a 'hive mind' philosophy, but I grew tired of being part of another's agenda.
I need a new sparring partner.
I’m getting rusty just fighting myself and the dummy.
If you are skilled, I will fight you.Â
yourviciouslady replied to your post“Do you still work for the League?”
[mask] Wise choice, the perks are far better in freelance anyway.
[pm] I presume you used to work for someone else, as well?

Aye, aye.
You seem like the person to ask this though, if you’re not full of crap. My uncle told me once, that if you pop one eye out… real careful, veins all attached and everything… and you turn it so it’s lookin’ at the other eye still in the socket, your mind starts doing all sorts of groovy tricks.Â
You ever do that?Â
No. When I take someone's eye, I destroy it to blind them. Not to play party tricks with their mind.Â
My doctor says I'm lacking Vitamin U.
Soon you'll lacking a few other things. For instance, your fingers.Â
Warm-Blooded Killer: A Love Letter to Lady Shiva
There are characters in comics that are relatable. Their motivations are clear, their feelings are human, their actions are easy to understand, and one can always find something of themselves in them, regardless of who they are or what they do. And then there are the others. The characters so aggresively, almost violently different from oneself that readers may struggle to find any kind of common ground at all. Men and women whose actions and motivations feel so alien, so nebulous and inhuman, that they’re either shrugged off as anomalies, or become something else. They’re not relatable. They’re fascinating. And that’s how I’ve always felt about Lady Shiva.
(Be adviced: This is gonna be a long one)

So no boys?
None. Why are you so interested in my child?
Do you have any children?
N
Ye
I have a daughter.Â
But I've only seen her once in my life.
Do you still work for the League?
Of Assassins? Unfortunately for them, no.
Do you regret any of your kills?
Not a single one.
