It’s Women’s History Month and I think it’s fitting that we talk about the power of surrounding yourself with positive women. It's a beautiful thing when women can come together to support and inspire one another, it’s like a breath of fresh air.

It was August 2013, I took the day off from work to register my son who was five at the time for kindergarten. My unit manager called to tell me effective October 2013, the site would close and every employee would be permanently laid off.
