We’re collecting book donations for an exchange library during the Black Art Incubator residency project at Recess Art in SoHo this month. On July 28th, they’ll be having a reception and book swap, and we’re looking to get a great little library going for the audience. Can you help out? Below is a bibliography compiled by BAI’s own Taylor Renee Aldridge, Jessica Bell Brown, Kimberly Drew, and Jessica Lynne. Any titles from the list, or publications that you think fit BAI’s values and goals, would be very appreciated! Drop-offs can happen at Recess beginning Saturday, July 16th. If you’re unable to get to Recess, please contact [email protected] and we’ll arrange a pick-up. Thanks so much!
