anyone has a favorite protein that is below 400 aa and that is well researched?

im writing a small tutorial on pdb database and i want to add an example but all proteins i can think off are either big or dont have all the information i want to cover and im going insane looking for proteins because every time i google 'cool proteins for my pdb tutorial please' all the results tell me to eat fish and egg because protein and aaa help me :(
