And I Always Will Be- Epilogue
Summary: For Google, it was only moments ago that the history he is recounting happened to him, and he’s sure there’s no lessons to be found.A history that all began with Bim turning on the prototype GoogleIRL, and asking for help

Rome was so very, very ugly this time of year.
Maybe it was the humid but still grey weather. Or it could be the crowds of gross, sweaty morons who only knew how to stops and gawk instead of getting out of the way. Probably just his mood. Everything started to look pretty shitty after leaving Blue in those tunnels.
“Glaring won’t make them move faster.” A deep voice said, taking Bim’s attention from trying to murder the old lady in front of him with just his eyes.
“Well, you try it all the time Darkie. Maybe this time it’ll work for our dear Bim!”
In the 10 minutes they’d lost Wilford for, the pink man must have found a souvenir shop, seeing as he was now covered in ‘I <3 Rome’ clothing and holding on to a handful of fridge magnets with a giddy grin.
More than a few were dick shaped.
“Wilford Please,” Dark sighed as he spotted them, “Your collection is big enough.”
“There’s always room for more!”
Bim almost smiled, before the hole in his gut reminded him to keep those lips down. There wasn’t room for smiles now.
Instead he wandered off; easy enough once Dark and Wilford really started bickering.
It had been 3 weeks since Wilford dragged him fighting out of those tunnels to where Dark waited for them with grim sympathy. And even though the 2 men tried, for 20 days of it Bim desperately wished they’d left him there, with Blue.
They caught flights. They forged passports. Stupid people filled the streets with their unchanged lives and somewhere in the background Anti chased away the bad guys. All Bim could think about was the never ending question of what the hell he was going to so without Blue beside him.
No answer seemed enough- Blue was gone, left shattered in the dark somewherem and nothing could be the same carrying that thought.
Bim missed him-so goddamn much it felt like that was all life could be anymore. And it only seemed fair to fall in to that.
On the 21st day, something finally broke, as Bim woke with the image of red green and yellow still in his mind, and and a purpose quickly following.
Dark used to dismiss it as inattention, which Wilford loved to encourage. Talkers liked to to write he was ‘unmotivated’ and ‘prone to distraction’. Matthias called him a hundred different things, none of them compliments. Not a single one of them got it- so wrapped up in what they thought they knew about Bim Trimmer they never saw the reality.
That once Bim Trimmer had a plan, there was nothing that would stop him.
It took 20 days to accept there was no plan he could make to bring Blue back to him, but only a few hours to decide on what he could do- making sure the bastards who took him crumbled to nothing. And if he could save those three faces that looked so much like Blue, even better.
Alphabet could plot and spy and create all kinds of weapons to chase him away and Bim would turn and face them. No androids would be trapped by someone elses design again, he’d make sure of it.
Bim closed his eyes and took a breath.
Footsteps and voices melted into a senseless stream of background noise. His skin was wet from the sticky air but drying under the emerging sun. People brushed by-too distracted to move out of the way from the man stood in the middle of the sidewalk. The smell of all the foods Rome could offer floated in an overwhelming offer through every street. And Bim knew when he opened his eyes, there would be a gap there.
Still, his heart kept beating in his chest, and Bim opened them anyway, and moved forward again.
