I can't feel comfortable or satisfied with my body.

and sometimes I think it's my fault.

I have to say it: even though it has been more than 5 years since I came out, being gay is still not an easy task for me and it seems to get worse over the years.

Fighting body standards in my late 20s is extremely difficult for me and I feel that this is my fault. As much as I feel bad about my body, I continue to feed on industries and topics that support this body pattern such as: following certain models, reading bara content and maintaining access to porn content.

Also, I hate it when people (even my friends) call me twink or something like that to put a tag on my body (which is... skinny as fuck), but I know I hate it because this term is associated with bottom people most of the time, I feel labeled and sexualized (in a way that I don't like).

Sometimes I feel that I don't have a body of a "man" and it never goes away, even when I'm feeling with a good self-esteem.

I know, I need therapy.
