in theory, izuku could’ve gotten into the hero course via sports festival, but he ended up getting pitted against shinsou, who he lost to without any quirk.

he’s autistic & has adhd.

he has befriended mei & spends a lot of time with her, learning more about support & technology in general.

they’ve worked the logistics of his hero costume together, though no actual building has been made
