June 2003… So long ago earlier that year I stumbled across Minion : a vampire huntress legend. The cover got my attention. I was still pissed about Kendra #btvs being killed and WASNT jazzed about blade II. But this book while having a few stumbling blocks compelled me. I sought out the website began posting communicating with a de others. We would become Leslie’s real life guardian team. Her street team for MySpace and real life checking book stores to make sure they not only had it but displayed her books. We went to dragoncon we got little advances in the mail. Then she wrote us into her books. Valkyrie was a shout out to me. My dear friend passed away several years ago and I just shut the book on that time. 6 years of my life 13 books….
