Long ago, a great storm was sent by Starclan to form the three clan's territories: A tornado festered from the storm, its violent force flattening the land it raged across, thus creating the moorland of Stormclan. In the sky above, thunder rolled, booming and crashing as lightning streaked the clouds. One large bolt struck down into the forest, obliterating the ground. As the large, gray rocks cooled within the hole, a quarry was left behind, full of caves and crevices; a quarry that Lightningclan now calls home. The rain from the storm lasted for days, and the land nearby the moor and quarry collected all of the rain - due to its lower level - and the ground flooded. Once the moon-old storm ended, water was still retained in the ground, forming a marsh. This was the territory of Floodclan.

Ziggy Kittypet

Littermate: Raventail

Physical description: A young ginger tabby and white tom with a fairly solid build. Some of his stripes turn into spots.

Personality: Very kind and affectionate, many other cats can vouch for the fact that he is almost constantly purring. He is supportive of his sister but is content with his life as a kittypet.

Other: The real Ziggy and Raventail, Ari, were fostered by me as kittens. We kept Ari while Ziggy was adopted by another family.

Butterscotch Kittypet

Physical description: Tiny, young ginger tabby she-cat with kinky, wiry fur, a white muzzle and socks, and folded ears. Her large eyes are green.

Personality: Very sweet and inquisitive. 

Other: This is the real Butterscotch.

a rock formation called “the Twin Claws” is probably where gatherings are held. not completely decided on that yet, but it would symbolize wars and battles that the clans had in the past. its two near-identical pointed stones, sprouting into the sky, that curl slightly towards each other, resembling a pair of cat claws. theyre each large enough that a few cats can sit on them

Physical description: White she-cat with a light brown patch on one ear and a light brown tail. She has scarring on a shoulder, as well as a v-shaped patch of brown on her throat. Her eyes are dark green.

Personality: Stern in her teachings and to her patients, but not quite as austere as her sister. She is startled easily, as she is often lost in thought.

in my clans’ warrior code its not forbidden to have a mate in another clan, but it is generally frowned upon, mostly because one side will lose a warrior often times if the mates decide to become part of the same clan

it is also not forbidden for med cats to have mates, the clans typically have more than one med cat so if one is out of commission with kits, then it isnt a big deal

my clans’ moonstone/ moonpool equivalent is the moontree, which is an american sycamore tree that never bears leaves. its smooth bark is stark white, with some gray splotches. kinda looks like the moon. and at night under the moonlight, it almost glows. heres a sycamore tree for example:

when the med cats meet every half moon, they climb the branches and touch their noses to the bark to meet with starclan, and it is believed that when starclan cats visit living cats and vice versa, they use the branches to climb up to/ down from silverpelt
