Bryan and Jo smiled as they were having a small picnic on the shore of the new dark inked valley. After a few years and with help from octavio and sayaka they were able to not only expand the entire cave but also expose it more making it more of a valley then a simple place hidden underground

There was a scream and a crash. "Darn it, Master Mega..."
Bryan yelped as Jo got up "that sounded like it came from the entrance" he said as he ran to where the noise came from bryan following
There were what looks like a ship that looked wrecked at the shire at the entrance. Octolings, but they dressed differently.
Bryan ran over worried
Shiver groaned, getting her head out of the sand. "Ugh...darn it Master Mega."
"You guys ok" Jo called out as Bryan noticed...... Was that a shark?!
It wiggled to Shiver before going ghistly and absorbed into her. "We're good. Just my shark spirit guiding us here and causing us to crash."
Bryan rubbed his eyes "...... Jo did you put something in thr bacon soup again?" He asked as Jo laughed "no babe"
"Hmm? Don't believe in the supernatural?" Her brother Daniel chuckled.
"Oh i do our entire culture literally revolves around a giant ink demonic creature being our savior but that that was a shark a normal shark not mutated not changed a shark"
"Oh, we are shark tamers." Her older sister Kathy smiled.
Jo chuckled "we weren't aware that animals from the human era still existed sammy said they were all gone and that onky he susie and thomas (boris) were thr last pieces of human era things around"
"I see." There was Goro, another brother.
Bryan hummed softly
A small girl tried to tug at Bryan's clothes.
Bryan yelped as he harshly tugged away
Mari was awed. "Do you believe in ghosts?"
Bryan nodded "of course" he said as he pat down his clothes some making sure nothing was exposed
Nothing bad happened
She beamed
Jo chuckled "if you wanna get technical we are zombies when you think about it"
"Amazing ...." She giggled.
Bryan nodded "yeah we were dead but we're alive again via a machine"
"Is that so?" Her mother chuckled softly. She loves dark stuff.
Jo nodded
Shiver sighed. "Alright, family. Let's not freak them out."
"Freak us out? Kid we have seen things that make ghost sharks seem tamed like that time bendy ripped a octoling in half, or when the searchers dragged that poor squid to their death for making to much noise in their territory" Jo began to list off
That gotten her mom's attention. "Tell me more! Details!" She grinned.
Bryan smirked "oh boy well first bendy is basically the being we worship as a deity even though demon is more like it- actually why tell ya when we can basically show ya"
