It is important that you acknowledge such feeling and find out what makes you feel less productive. Few months ago, i have been through such depression because i don't know what's my purpose. I feel emotionally drained and mentally pre-occupied, i couldn't get up, i stress eating, i lack sleep, i cried. What i did? I look for answers and find out what's causing it. Then I make some big decisions in my life. Some may not understand what I've been through because they thought Im in a better place but the feeling of worthlessness struck me and it doesn't makes me happy anymore so I moved on even if the years I spent is on the line, as long as I will be happy and I will be productive in what I will be doing, its okay to risk. There were so many factors I considered as well but at the end of the day what really important is for me to survive, pay debts and find the greener pasture and so I MOVED ON.... My take? If you are feeling depressed, tired and weak. Please acknowledge and do something about it until its not too late. Simple depressions may lead to a serious one and ruins you entirely. Find your happiness.... God bless you more!!! 😘😘
