The only velvet painting museum in the world and its right in Southern California. We tried several times to experience the gallery, but usually were met with closed doors and a 'Gone Fishin' sign, but like all good things, this was well worth the wait. Where else can you find original Tahitian and War pieces from Eric Askew and Edgar Leeting next to Dog the Bounty Hunter, Hillary Clinton and a history of Michael Jackson's face? $10 will get you a tour from the owner, Carl, a celebrity in his own right.
