Calvin: It's a big conspiracy thought up by doctors, probably.
Calvin: Actually, it's probably because a baby most definitely is not a baby when you're first pregnant.

Skye: Brad met mom today. It was weird, I guess. I mean, we were only fucking and now he's not even sexting me, refusing to do anything until we agree on something serious or whatever.
Skye: I'm scared that I'm incapable of being serious though. Do you know that feeling? Like you aren't good enough and you're just damaged goods?

“Sandwiches sounds good, I’ll just wait by the kitchen for you,” Max said making her way out of the room. It was the first time she really got to get a look around Calvin’s apartment. She noticed the pictures on the table, looked like an older relative of Calvin. “She’s pretty,” she muttered.
Calvin knew exactly which picture Max was looking at when she walked past on her way to her room to make herself presentable enough to be out in public, but that didn’t stop her from pretending she hadn’t heard her at all. Once she was dressed, she wandered back out and slipped on her shoes. “Ready?”

Although Max was good with pizza in any condition, she thought some fresh air could do them some good. “As tempting as that is, I would not mind doing some shopping with you. Got to re-think my Mario Kart strategies,” she placing the controller down and getting up.
Offering up a brief little half smile, Calvin nodded. “I’m gonna go get dressed then, and I’m not gonna make you do any grocery shopping with me. We can go down to that little sandwich place on the corner or something, if you want?”

Just at the mention of food her stomach started to growl, she guessed the distraction and determination with the video games stopped her from remembering the only thing she had was a granola bar. “That sounds like a good idea, you got any food ‘round here or did you wanna go out?”
"I’ve got leftover pizza,” Calvin offered up with a little snort of amusement. “But if you want something other than that then... yeah, we’ll have to go out. I haven’t gotten around to grocery shopping.” Or going out in general outside of work, but she had no desire to admit to that.
