Soft redesign of stupid thing 🥳 wasn’t super happy with how I’ve been drawing it. It looked more like me irl, but less how I feel inside. Also I started to hate how I did the calico pattern. Ft. the fan from the ref I got on Pinterest because I didn’t feel like drawing it <3

Tried a newish coloring style, can’t decide if i like the shaded or color version more. The one on the left is definitely my favorite of the
Finally got around to shading this piece I was working on a couple weeks ago, not 100% satisfied with it, but I’m still extremely proud.
She’s my current character for a pathfinder campaign I’m in. We’re using a home brewed world my dm/partner made collaboratively with us, and in it we gave the orcs a lot of Mongolian influences. In fantasy a lot of the time orcs aren’t given much culture outside of being violent.
We rolled for attributes for a nation to create, and since I got martial related classes, orcs/goblins, and scattered disconnected settlements, I decided to do something different to avoid the typical stereotypical orcs. I thought Mongolian culture would be fun to draw from since historically they were nomadic and well known for their military success. This isn’t the only drawing I’ve made for the concept, but drawing while taking inspiration from traditional Mongolian clothing has been soooo fun. Obviously I took some creative liberties with this character in particular, but it’s been so fun and I’ve looked at a ton of really gorgeous examples.
Here’s the other sketch I made while figuring out what I wanted to do before I made my character, also sorry for rambling a bit much in the original post lol. It’s also not worded great because I’m typing on my iPad and it’s 35 degrees in my room rn

I don’t feel super comfortable drawing snouts (which is a problem as a furry artist lol) and I feel like this is one of my best ever attempts. That issue is the reason why I only ever drew like the same 2 angles when I was in the mlp fandom lol. But I still don’t fucking know how to draw robot stuff 😭 I did my best
