Cannes has a fabulous dance festival in November. And a part of the festival is a short dance movie section called Mov'in. They have just made a call for submissions that ends in April 2026. If you know anyone that has produced a short movie that features dance, send them the link. The level is very high, by the way.

French director Alain Guiraudie's poster for the 2026 Quinzaine des Cinéastes/Directors Fortnight is provoking comments! It's from a photo exhibiton he held.

Guiraudie directed "Ce vieux rêve qui bouge" and "Le roi de l'évasion" which were shown at the Quinzaine.
