It took awhile, in fact, a long while to properly understand just what exactly was said. Okay, well no, it was more along the lines of ‘how long would this conversation take?’, because despite the obviously important matter at hand, to the raven, a movie was more important. Right here, this guy is gonna be the father of the year. None the less though, all Red really seemed to do was continue to eat his noodles, and take a glance or two at Misty. He hadn’t ever… Had this result before, and the last time pregnancy was involved in his life was…………… I dunno his dad is a whore. In the spectrum of it all, he had no real reaction, didn’t know how to respond to her, and pretty much probably didn’t mind one way or another.
Realizing after awhile that, maybe he should actually say something at least though did finally come into play. Mostly at the fact he started to notice her body language, and just how nervous she seemed. Not that he understood why she would be nervous. Putting down his ramen cup, it was mostly gone by now anyway, his arm reaching to one of her own. “Is it a bad thing?” His hand slightly tugging as he asked her, coaxing for her to take a seat.
The moment that he went to take a hold of her, she was expecting that he was going to have an answer or reply for how anxious it was that she was being. Needless to say that it wasn't anything like that. Rather than just talking about it, he was offering her a seat? That was considerate. Of course, she didn't expect it to be more that he would rather be watching the television than discussing this.
Taking the seat, she waited to see if there was going to be anything much else, but nope.. Just his single question. As rather straightforward as she was on it, the raven-haired male was acting all the more differently than she thought he would have. As in fact... She wasn't so sure as to how it as that he was going to take the news that he would very potentially be a father.
"No.. Yes. I don't know." Seeing as she wasn't really mother material.. That would end up leaning it more towards the no side. "Cut back on having a long story... I just want to know if you're going to want to keep it. Time is running on out to decide. The sooner the better." She already did make the mistake of making the choice for the last time without informing the other, now would be a better time to try and avoid it from happening again. "..So?"

Usual place in his home, chilling on the couch, eating a cup of ramen, and watching some horror movie that could only make him chuckle at the poor quality. This was literally all Red had to do really anymore when he was alone, and he didn’t much care to do anything else. Besides the obvious need when he got a hunger, but shhhh.
It was fast to notice a body in front of his TV, blocking the view, crimson hues glinting upward to get a proper visrual. The current bae—- Furrowing his brows at her tone of voice, none the less sitting up a bit more to give her a spot to sit. “About?” Questioning as he slurped noddles, primo future father material right here.
How to be blunt about it? Actually, that is rather easy. It's Misty. Moving her hands on over to her belly, pressing rather close to show what it was that her shirt somewhat managed to conceal, a small, yet very much there baby bump in the making. "I'm 99% sure I'm pregnant." With your kid, the latter just lingered in her head, not so much needed to be said, seeing as it really had only been Red these past few months. The way she responded, it was rather obvious nervous chuckle. If she had gone about this as she had the last time she was in this situation, she wouldn't have mentioned a word really.. Though, that did lead a strange strain in her relationship with the guy many years down the line.
Next question was, how would it be to bring up 'what do you think about this? How do you feel about this?'
wallflower
"Hmm… okay. I think — I mean, I’ll be able to manage that." As long as he could control how fast he was going, it shouldn’t be a big deal, right?
Hesitantly, he stepped onto the treadmill. It was probably silly of him to be so nervous about something so small. With an almost comically determined look on his face, he pressed the start button and started to jog slowly. The machine didn’t start very fast, and he didn’t want to make it go that much faster, or he’d get tired. Or his asthma would start acting up. Or both. Sometimes he really hated his body. “H-how’s this, for starters?”
"You're doing really good. Don't worry about it." Misty cheered on out, giving the male two thumbs up. "Who knows, before you know it you will be the most toughest kid on campus." That would be quite a sight, imagine a bara Wally. "You can slow it down or pick it up, depending on how you're feeling." She responded with a note on pointing out the buttons on the machine. The former gym leader did have some experience with it those who wanted to improve their physical state. Though, she did spend more time torturing the fortunate lazy-types.
"Anything else that you'd be interested in working on?" Abs maybe.

The one thing that had been gradually getting all the more worse were the symptoms that she was having. The first few weeks they were stirring up, the ginger ignored them, thinking that she was coming down with a bug that had been going around. Unfavorable for her, this wasn't something that burned away after a few days, it was lasting rather long for periods of time. The only major thing that she could come up with for being the result of this was the same melodrama she had done so many years ago.
It took her a while, a long while to finally getting on over herself and go get check and verify if her suspicion was even correct. Running tests at a clinic were never her favorite, especially the initial assessment of playing a one sided game of 20 questions. Once all the major stuff was wrapped up, next was left for the waiting for results. Sitting and waiting surely did take it's time, but when the results came in, it had confirmed her thought.
Finishing her trip at the clinic, she wasn't so sure of what to really do now, other than really plan on out her next move. The last time she had been in this situation, she went on without informing the other and it resulted in a strain in their friendship all these years later. She didn't need repeat of that, seeing as there were only a handful of people that she considered to be close.
Having had made her way to a certain male's place, getting past the front door with ease and then some to make it on to find him -- which to her luck, he was staring at the tv.
"Hey... We... uhh. Need to talk."
After Hour Swim?
Arching his brows, the idea of her empowerment bringing about some amusement. “Mm, yeah… Isn’t there something about water rising at night..?” We all know Misty is a water-type, just like Red is a mix of a Lapras, Snorlax, and a Pikachu.
"…" Quieting down for a moment, his head shook, most everyone else was normal compared to him and his ridiculed thoughts. "Not really.." Mumbling quietly to himself, and glancing back at her.
”..Nothing really.. I just thought I’d visit since Lyra got discharged from the hospital.”
"Something like that. Don't you think that seems rather cool?" At least she found it to be amusing in a sense, being able to get that extra push when it was needed.
"She's doing better? That's good t'hear." Even if they had left off on a wrong foot, there was still that part of her that felt rather responsible for triggering whatever pill that the girl had taken.

walltowally:
"Haha… well, that’s good to hear then, at least."
Since she was being so understanding, he began to feel slightly less anxious about the whole ordeal and more positive. Maybe he truly could use this as an opportunity to make himself stronger. “So do you want me to, like… get on a treadmill or something?” The concept of working out was so foreign to him that he had no idea what to do — although he was at least aware that the question itself sounded a bit silly.
"That's right." It was as simple that. It really was a rare to see someone that had hardly ever set a foot on a treadmill. "Just hop on up and hit the start button when you're ready to go." Misty hummed as she went on to show him the button that would get the thing rolling. Moving her finger on over to the other buttons, she figured she could show some more that she could. "The arrows here control how fast you wanna go. Up to go faster... Down to slow down some." At the very least that would help him control in something that he was more comfortable with.
wallflower
walltowally:
"…Oh… all right, thanks."
She didn’t seem surprised, but then again Wally was aware he hadn’t been very subtle about it. Mostly he was just grateful that she still believed in him even with the handicap, and it made him all the more determined to prove her right. “So, what’s up first, then?”
"As hard as they may say I go in class, my intention isn't to knock my students out." Though, some cases do tend to go a bit too far.
"Walking, jogging, little things that will build up and getting it up over time." Simple steps that do end up working out for the best in the long run. That's what she had learned from her experience.
wallflower
"…Ummm."
To be quite honest with himself, he wasn’t sure at all. “As — as long as it’s really light because — ” As much as he didn’t want to say anything and seem weak, he was going to have to for his own personal safety. “I, um, I really do want to get stronger, I promise, but… I have really bad asthma. Like… life-threateningly bad. I really don’t wanna pass out in the middle of doing something, so, um… sorry I sound so lame.”
Hearing his explanation and all, she could say that she had been picking up on that from the way that he did seem to be careful about this. She really pick up some of the signs from how hesitant he was. Being in this profession, she was more familiar with it than she would have figured it to be.
"Don't worry. We'll be pacing ourselves. You can call it when it starts getting more than you can handle." Pacing themselves to build up were one way to do it, though, for her personal preference she pushed herself. "Take your time."
After Hour Swim?

"Is that so..?" The other times he wound up randomly to see someone, it had such a dreadful feeling in the air. .. Usually on a certain brunet’s end who got disgruntled by the raven. But ahem, he didn’t really see his appearance as some sort of privileged gifted to someone.
"Oh..?… Sounds a little cruel.." Red shut up, you eat people and torture them as they die, I think that’s more cruel. ANYWAY. "..Just seems strange to stay up late to run around or swim.."
"I prefer the the night sky, makes me feel more empowered.. If that makes any sense?" It could just be her being a water-type and all. Well, close to a water-type anyway.
"I'm just a slight oddball, don't you think so?" Naw, Misty, you were a bigger one than that. No worries about all that detail, Red, I don't think that she even knows that far and all.
"Was this all, or did you have something else in mind?"
wallflower
"Yeah, sure, we can start right away… if you want." Wally attempted a smile, but it wasn’t a particularly convincing one. "What, um, what kind of thing did you have in mind?"
"C'mon." She said as she lead him on over to the school's gym.
"Jogging and push-ups, think you can keep up?" Though, Misty didn't really wait for him to answer, instead, she just went on to press for the settings for him to get started on the treadmill.
I Lick You A Lot
It was passed the pool’s open hours, and for Misty it was officially time to close up the place. She had finally had her own late night swim which was relaxing as she didn’t have any interruptions. So as the red-head female began doing her last minute checks, and closing up the place for the night. Everything seemed completely normal…or so she thought.
Every few steps that were a few taps the the shoulder, as if to get her attention. Of course, whenever she turned to face them, there was nothing there and only faint laughs could be heard in the distant. Giggles of amusement. Chuckles because they knew that she would never figure out it was them, despite them trying so desperately to figure out what was constantly poking her.
Finally, however, the culprit decided it was time to reveal themselves and a massive Haunter hovered in front of her.
It stared at her for a moment, its gaze unwavering until finally the Pokemon delivered a sloppy, wet lick to her face. A cackle escaped the Pokemon before it slipped away into the shadows again.
Eerie and spooky, thanks night rolling in. Nope.. Nope it’s not.
At the most, Misty would have expected to avoid the whole haunting fiasco, needless to her wish, it wasn’t what it turned out to be. It was rather normal for the most part… Haunting was creepy enough with the giggle, but with a lick? Yikes..!!
"So, so gross.."
Wait — Aren’t licks from Haunters dangerous for humans? Someone get her a medic!
After Hour Swim?
As the last few students unloaded from the doors, and the lady in particular that he was searching for arrived on the scene to greet him, Red began shrugging and finishing his food in hand.
"Not much, came to see you.." Glancing over at the final student as they left the building. What a strange, strange person to be having a late night gym class… .. Then again, what an oddball Misty was to be teaching one.
"Is it actually fun to exercise this late at night?"
"Came to see me? Quite an honor." Misty said with a chuckle from this. It was a rare visit which she actually got giddy over. "Class ended late for you? Didn't think you'd still be on campus." Especially with the lack of seeing him late.
"You'd be surprised with how fun it can be. Testing the kid's limits when they think they're more active during the later hours." Either that or it was the only time they were able to jam in their PhyEd credit.

After Hour Swim?
Lacking in his duties of seeing a certain ginger since the dilemma with Lyra, this raven haired loser was popping into the pool building long after class was over. Who knew if she was actually there, but hey, might as well say hi seeing as he just ran off at the speed of light.
The female had just finished up her crash course for the evening, just waiting for the last few to roll on out the door before she did the same herself. The past couple of weeks had been rather slow than usual.. Her visits weren't as frequent due to the single fact that a certain male was hard to locate.
Though, even without a word, she knew where it was that he could be. That's why, seeing him here at her door -- technically, the gym's but same thing, she treats it as her own -- she is taken back some, but greats him anyway.
"Hey stranger."
wallflower
"Um… I suppose I could try something easy… I guess…?"
Wally didn’t want to shut her down, so he found himself agreeing despite his desires. It probably would actually be good if he managed to do some kind of physical activity regularly, he was just afraid that he might keel over if he overexerted himself. “What did you have in mind…?”
"That's what I like t'hear!" Misty said with the male's approval of taking him on in this quest. The sickly appearing male would surely turn out to be a great piece of work when she was done.. Yup!
"Alright! We can start right away unless you wanna wait a while before we get going." She was ready enough to start rolling in on the gym and giving the shorter one a workout that she would do more for herself.
wallflower
"Oh, hello, miss," Wally said, greeting her with a smile. "Are you the Phys Ed teacher, then? My name’s Wally." He held out his hand for her to shake.
"Um…" He wasn’t sure how to word this without sounding really lame. "I would be, in theory, but… I’m not sure if I’m cut out for it. I mean, I do want to be strong, but…" How was he supposed to answer her without telling her about his weakness? "I’d probably just be miserable. N-no offense to you at all."
Yeah.. She knew looks were deceiving, but even so would still more or less try in convincing the younger male into pursuing into physical education. "C'mon. We can do it. We can take you along in a course that isn't so hard." He did look rather meekly, probably starting light would help. At least before she kicked it up a notch.
"You don't think you'd be able to do it?" Misty was rather eager to drag along Wally.
