Best sushi omakase I’ve ever had in LA! Some highlights: oestra caviar Hokkaido uni chawanmushi, hairy snow 🦀 , the most delicious butteriest ankimo, dashi infused egg, and many many pieces of fresh nigiri 🍣🍣🍣.
