Day One Without Caffeine
This morning wasn’t half as hard as I expected it to be. I managed to get up and substitute the usual 2 cups of coffee with glasses of water. Right now at work I feel awful, I have a sore throat (May be a separate issue from this as there's a lot of germs going around the office at the moment) but worst of all, I genuinely could go to sleep right now. I’m yawning quite literally every 5 minutes and finding it difficult to concentrate. I hope things will be a lot easier as of tomorrow because if things continue like this I doubt I’ll be able to achieve anything in my time after work because I’ll have to go straight to sleep!
