Veda decided awhile ago that she now wants to go by her middle name, Evelyn (with the nickname Evy). She has stuck with it for a couple months now, so I’m pretty sure she is serious about it! That said... Evy lost her very first tooth today!! She was absolutely stoked out of her mind! So sweet ❤️❤️❤️

14 years ago I absolutely hated your guts. 5 years ago, I got into the mortgage business and recognized that I should probably swallow my pride and get on your good side because professional relationships are crucial in this business. But it was 1 year ago today that @jenniferklarson called me asking if I’d be willing to let her set me up on a date. We stayed in the friend-zone for another month, but it definitely didn’t take that long for me to be smitten. I literally don’t think ANYONE ELSE that knew us would have EVER put us together.
