aka the blog where @motherboardmania draws classified manmade horrors (the flat fuck) and sometimes other mmh guys every friday initially ran from nov 18th 2022 -> nov 17th 2023 (tagged #old era) returned nov 29th 2024 (tagged #new era)

manmade horrors is an upcoming comic by @ecto-hazard, based on a series of camp entries they made in 2022. Read the entries here! or see the update blog @manmadehorrors-osc! or join the manmade horrors discord! were friendly i promise more tag info under the cut!

#old era - art from the original 1 year run of this blog, from 2022-2023. #new era - art from the current (2024+) run of this blog #entries canon - anything that implies something that is definitively Not canon to MMH but was canon in the entries (direct example: classified's cause-of-temporary death changing from tesla -> car crash) #mmh au - for alternate universes that directly contradict canon (dehumanized au, swap au, media crossover aus, etc.)

#rainbow timeline - special tag for the alternate timeline from tesla entry 13; will NOT be tagged as #mmh au because it is a part of canon. ill also try to tag characters in each post but no promises. if i do they'll be tagged with character name + source, such as #classified mmh or #storage rip etc. some mmh characters might get additional rip tags randomly if i feel like it

ACTUAL REAL BLOG-REVIVAL INFO POST because the other post lacks info

first and foremost: this blog will still be Mostly classified, but i'm going to be relaxing the rule a bit. im aiming to at least include classified every time, but they may not be the central focus of Every post is all. i feel like this allows me more freedom to explore ideas that aren't centric around them, making it easier to think up a friday idea.

the first friday of each month will be a doodlepage in the "original" format of the initial reblog chain. consistent canvas size with the default mspaint colors with the same shitty rainbow text (except now including a month in addition to the week number). this is just for funsies and not really a hard rule either. its just nice to return to our flat fuck roots and such. other than that im not gonna push to stay consistent stylistically/format wise.

this blog will be referencing a variety of MMH-adjacent stuff. including but not limited to concept art/doodle pages by the MMH crew, ghostlight entries, cellstuck, + more. ill be linking/tagging anything that clearly contradicts (current) MMH canon (such as classified's cause-of-temporary-death being changed for MMH) with whatever tags i see fit. ill list all tags in the pinned post for reference, and if its in reference to specific existing posts then ill link those.

if ive got commentary on a specific piece i did for this blog, ill add that in a reblog the next day (saturday). these will be tagged!

asks are open for requests! if i decide to take your request, it will not be posted as an answer to the ask. ill just add a bit of text at the bottom of the post saying who requested it/what the request was (ill @ your blog if you requested off anon!)

no submissions, but Please know that i desperately check the mmh tags (#manmade horrors osc + #mmh osc + RIP tags) at least once a week. the only reason i dont accept submissions is bc i think itll make me procrastinate flat fuck friday art if i dont have a predictable scheduled obligation.
