Too many people hating on my girl after the new episode so I'm gonna give my opinion

To me, Ragatha is an incredibly realistic depiction of what it's like to be a woman in society. Her constantly playing nice and trying to appeal to others is something that many women do because showing anything about themselves that doesn't come off as a good trait or pleasing makes them seen as less than or "just being an asshole for no reason"

A good example of this is the scene where Pomni tells Ragatha to calm down after telling her it's okay to be a jerk sometimes. This is unfortunately SO realistic to how women in society will be told that it's okay to voice their opinions and that they're "seen and heard" but the second they act in a way that isn't pleasing to others or isn't seen as reasonable to the masses they're told to calm down cause they're "being irrational" and "bringing down the vibe"

And in the scene where Ragatha isn't asked what her backstory is and she has to take it upon herself to tell it without being asked is so important to me as well.

People hating on her for being mean to Jax in this episode even though Jax has been an asshole to almost every character in previous episodes is yet another case of how women, whether in fiction or reality, will NEVER be held to the same standards or treated the same as men
