Phoebe Oates - music lover, perfectionist, squeamish a vampire who’s currently on bad terms with her clan (coven? whatever) due to her interest in werewolves. she’s left her hometown of Evergreen Harbor for Moonwood Mill, hoping to gain more personal experience among werewolves and take a break from stuffy old vampires mired in tradition. turned in the latter half of the 19th century, she retains a love of classical and baroque music, and hopes to one day compose music of her own. Phoebe plays violin and piano, and is always her harshest critic. she avoids feeding from humans if she can, preferring plasma fruit, as she becomes nauseous at the sight of blood.
