Are you a synesthete? Lol, I ask people that question if I think it's naturally apart of them. The first sensation I recall having was at age 6 or 7. I was in the backseat listening to Al Green's "Love And Happiness" and I kept imagining brown leaves, kind of a fall scene. As I've grown it's evolved. Sound to shape, number to color, sound to color, sound to scene, etc. 😊

After doing some research I think I fall more into the ideasthesia department;but scientists debate on where exactly that line between synesthesia and ideasthesia is defined. I don’t feel like I have either, or I’m at least not within comfort to self diagnose it. But I can definitely match a sound with scene, or scent-or just hearing a person’s name,I can associate them with a color and various objects.lol. I feel weird answering this. Like you got it, and I wanna be down so bad.💀
