When I came across this idea in his book, it was like my brain did that record scratch thing and I was like, "Say what!?!?" #mindblown⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ How would you experience life differently, if you saw life as moving through you?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ How would you experience pain, joy, happiness, anxiety, if it moved through you?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When we "have to move through" we often force, fight, claw, struggle through. But when we allow something to move through us, there is a surrender that happens. Running behind today but here is day 4!! A beautiful abstract heart. I look at this painting and feel like, this must be what my heart looks like when it is growing, expanding, and becoming new.
