“This August, the National Park Service is celebrating it's 100th year anniversary. Since 1916, NPS has been preserving the land that people seek out to get away from their routines. For some, these landmarks of Earth are a crucial part of such a routine. Not only is the land preserved for the daytime traffic and tourists but secluding such parks and areas also maintains the view of the night sky as the ancients viewed it: without a hint of light pollution. And for many, that is a sight they won't see anywhere else. The motive behind this video was to add a visual and auditory expression of my love for being outside and seizing these opportunities. The people around you most likely are itching for such adventure, and have no spontaneous urge to follow. You can change a life by saying hey let's go to a friend or colleague and end up creating memories that will last a life time. The exhilaration I get from being engulfed in such environments fuels the energy and outlook I have on life and in my interactions with people. I find it productive and the positivity is undoubtedly contagious. I hope to inspire others to seek out the life they want to live and live it. Because all you have to do is decide to do so. Edit: my apologies for minute of black nothingness at the end”
