the worst part was I knew everytime we touch when I was in like 8th grade from amvs (2005-2006) and then a few years later it started playing on the radio nonstop and it was like an instant flashback to my awkward middle school stuff so cringe

Mental Health Month

EOUCH ! Didn’t mean to be a spoiler, but hey it’s turning May 2nd in my timezone right now and it’s never been to late to take part on something like decreasing loneliness on this planet when i come across to this Post it Forward post on Tumblr dashboard.

So, what is Post It Forward exactly?

Post it Forward is Tumblr’s campaign to counter the stigmas around mental and emotional health through community-building and conversation.

So May 1st is the first day of Mental Health Month and by having this campaign to let other people feel they’re not alone and tbh to not make yourself feel left out. 

For the whole four weeks, each week Tumblr gives you ideas to post it forward

Week 1—Post it for you: How you practice self-care and personal well-being.

Week 2—Post it for each other: Ways you can be there for each other.

Week 3—Post it for reflection: Sharing stories of personal growth and development.

Week 4—Post it for the future: Committing to continuous reflection and improvement.

Well since this week is all about to post it for you. i’m going to throw some perm on my attitude!

Becoming Boldly

What is actually becoming Boldly? What does it mean to be bold?

You might need to take part of the action on becoming boldly this 2k17. The International Woman’s Day this year come with the theme focusing on boldness #BeBoldForChange

But what does it really mean to be bold for a change?

Despite this cute pug tilting his head, in this Post-Millennial generation era, We are often to look far ahead, daydreaming are becoming our daily basis, we’ve set our mind that impossible is nothing, and with this call in action #BeBoldForChange we’ve certainly step-up our games as a woman who has courage and taking the risk to pursue our dreams, start the action and not just daydreaming about it.

So what does it actually mean to be bold for a change?

We aim for equality doesn’t mean that you need to act like a man or being bold doesn’t mean that you need to be mean. This is not what it means to be bold and have courage. Being bold doesn’t mean that you don’t take NO for an answer, if someone will not take no for an answer, they continue asking for something although their request has already been refused. 

What it means to be bold and have courage is about to accepting who you really are, to have the courage to become the real “unique” you. To be bold means that to have the courage to stand up for what you believes in, to be confident, and have the willingness to bring impact for others. 

Dick that perfectionism attitude and take part of the action to become the example of being bold for a change this 2k17, we need to be the change we want and the society we desire.
