A little excitement || Conner and Open
Conner smiled at the sound of the voice coming from behind the door, he knew that voice. He pushed the door open and leaned on the frame, “What am I not supposed to be celebrating?” He asked and laughed at Brianna’s sour expression. Obviously the others on her floor had figured something out about her that she didn’t want them to know, he knew that feeling. He ran his hands through his hair and looked around the girls dorm room.
Brianna sat up on her bed to see that it was Conner. Brianna threw one of her pillows at him when she heard him laugh. “Nothing that’s the point. I’m surprised that you don’t know but some how Marie does and I hang out with you more then I do her” she said with a shrug. It’s true Conner was probably the one person that she hung around the most. “What are you doing hanging around the girls dorms anyway?”
Conner shrugged, “I needed someone to talk too. Everyone is so involved with their school work that I never have anything to do.” He walked into her room and sat down on her bed. “So I came to the dorms, picked a random door and it just so happened you were the lucky winner.” He gave the girl a cheeky smile. “So what if people know something about you and wanna throw a party? Let them! Not like it’s any hassle on your back.” Conner said and laid back so that he was staring at the ceiling. “At least its something to do in this boring place.”
“Good to know that I’m your last resort” she said smirking. “Shouldn’t you be doing school work? Aren’t you one of the good ones?” Brianna asked laying down next to Conner. “It is a hassle when it’s your birthday and they want to throw you a party when you have never had a party before. There has to be something else to do at this school other then throwing me a party.
He nudged her, “You know what I meant.” Conner kept staring at the ceiling. allowing himself to relax, and listen to Brianna. “School work? Who does school work on a weekend?” Turning his head he looked to the girl, scrunching his nose up at her. Conner always did his homework so he never had any on the weekend, the weekend was time for fun. “You have never had a birthday party before?! How is that even possible?” Conner was shocked, his mother had always put a lot of effort into all of his siblings birthdays.

Conner waited for the door to open and when it did the person behind it was someone he didn’t recognize. Oh well, at least its someone, thought Conner as he stuck out his hand for the dude to shake. “What’s up, I’m Conner.” Conner smiled and shook the guys hand before running his hand through his hair. “You new here?” was all he said as he leaned against the door frame.
“What?” Caelan asked, taken aback. “Uh, yeah, I’m new.” He didn’t know what to do because he didn’t know the other boy well. “Do you want to come in?” He didn’t want to just force Connor to just stand in the doorway. He didn’t want to seem like a bad person for not letting him in.
Conner smiled, “Sure.” he said and walked into the guys dorm and sat on the chair by his desk. He leaned back and looked at the guy, he seemed very nervous, “Calm down dude, I’m not gonna like jump you or anything.” Conner laughed and looked around, the place was neat, almost like no one had touched anything. “So, where you from? What brought you here to old Walt academy?”

In the summer he always did so many exciting things, and was always on the move and meeting new people. But recently he hadn’t really hung out with anyone. He sighed and stared at his ceiling, letting the boredom consume him. After wallowing for a while, he finally decided that he was going to do something about his lack of excitement in his life. So he got up, walked out of his dorm and down the hall and right into the girls dorms. He looked up and down the halls and picked a random door and layed a knock on it, he didn’t know who lived here but hopefully it was someone ready to have so fun.
Brianna had spent the last day hiding in her dorm room. Some how other students had found out that her birthday was yesterday. She didn’t know how that happened. It’s not that Brianna didn’t like birthdays its just her family never celebrated them so she saw no point. The only person who would know when her birthday was is Nolan and she hadn’t seen him in awhile. Brianna heard a knock on her dorm room door. “The doors open so you can come in but if you are here to celebrate something you can go away” she called.

Caelan was glad to have finally gotten settled. He didn’t want to draw any attention to himself if he didn’t have to, and was afraid that someone would find him out, but he had finally settled. As long as he was careful, he would be fine. He could handle being careful if it meant that he wouldn’t have to go back to how he used to be. He didn’t want to have to withdraw, so he’d be okay. To reduce chances of anything happening, he had been in his room for most of his time at Walt. So he was surprised when someone knocked on his door. “Hello?” he asked, opening the door and not recognizing the person behind it.

Brianna was sitting on a tree’s branch. She was bored out of her mind here at camp. Her dad hadn’t came to camp like the other students parents had. Brianna wondered where Nolan was. She hoped that he was ok. Brianna was so lost in her mind that she didn’t hear foot steps coming towards her.
