      maggie has dreaded this all summer long. the first day back to school for everyone on the east side of albuquerque. after spending her three month break ignoring the place— it was time to face it once again. one of her earphones is in while the other is out & she’s humming what’s playing through her playlist. maggie’s eating a granola bar when suddenly she hears someone approaching close behind & instantly she turns her head to catch a glimpse of who or what it may be, ❛ oh— sorry.. ❜ she mumbles with her mouth full, worried that she was probably in their way. ❛ i’m usually the only one who decides to take this route ? i guess that’s gonna change this year. ❜

conner was relieved to be back at school after the summer break, unlike most people. He enjoyed the stress free months and not having to worry about nagging teachers and the never-ending homework, but he missed having these distractions along with extra curriculars. It was his distraction from his family situation that he was still trying to deal with. He turned the corner in the hallway quickly and stopped in his tracks when he saw his sister turn around. “it’s just me, maggie. don’t be sorry.” he said. “I’m going to the soccer field...it’s quicker this way than walking around the whole school. I didn’t think anyone was here too.”

hi everyone !! i’m a little late posting. i haven’t been in the rpc for a few months but here i am with a new muse! here’s a lil info about conner !!

conner is sixteen years old and a sophomore in high school. he has three siblings (asher, maggie, and claudia).

he is the second youngest sibling out of four and feels like he has to fight for attention sometimes with them, so he often tries to stand out among his siblings and often pushes himself too hard in doing so.

he has a very sweet and caring personality so he’s one of those people that every parent wants their kid to be friends with. he’s kinda like a lil golden boy. 

he plays for the high school soccer team and is involved with the drama club.

he falls into the middle of the popularity totem pole. he has a small circle of friends he hangs out with, plus people from the soccer team and drama club.

conner used to be known as being bubbly and happy, but conner is now grieving over his mother’s death so he often comes across as being very withdrawn, sad, and quiet sometimes.

conner is very close to both of his parents, especially his mother. when she passed, he took her death hard and became very withdrawn from his family, friends, and his extracurricular activities during his freshman year. He’s now trying to pick up the pieces and get back to his normal life before the incident, like it never happend. He keeps himself very busy as a distraction and sometimes pushes himself too hard.

conner has always struggled in school since he was younger but it got worse when his mom passed. He started skipping class which resulted in him failing two classes in his freshman year. he’s retaking those classes and sees a tutor (wanted connection?) since he’s determined to pass and make his father proud. 

conner has also been interested in drawing since he was younger and expresses his feelings through his drawings in his sketchbook when he can’t say it verbally.

annnd conner is still unsure of his sexuality.
