Design Japan 10月のイベントレポート

corabbit は Design Japan というコミュニティーを運営しています。Design Japan は、クリエイティブな人々がコラボレーションして、知識を広めたり、教わったりするために立ち上げられたコミュニティーです。

Design Japan では、以下のようなイベントを毎月開催しています。

【ディスカッション】自分のプロジェクトをプレゼンして、参加者からフィードバックをもらいます。

【外部イベントへの参加】Tokyo Designers Week や Maker Faire などのイベント・展示会に参加します。

【セミナー・勉強会】ゲスト・講師を招いて、トークセッションを行う形式です。

どのイベントにも、メインセッションの後には懇親会があり、参加者同士で親睦を深めたり、お互いの知識を共有することができます。

PSD、AIファイルが無償版でも利用可能に

さらに、プロジェクトメンバー数の上限もなくなります。

今まで１つのプロジェクトのメンバーは「自分を含めて３人まで」でしたが、この制限を撤廃し、１つのプロジェクトに必要なだけメンバーを招待することができるようになります。

インターフェースが新しくなります

ユーザービリティ向上のため、corabbit WEBアプリのインターフェース（UI）を刷新いたします。ただいま開発中の段階ではありますが、随時更新予定です。ページ上部のボタンから UI を変更できるようになりますので、ぜひ一度試用していただき、ご意見、ご感想をお寄せください。

Designers will no longer need to convert original designs into pre-viewable image file types (JPG, PNG or GIF) and send them via email or chat just to get feedback. Now, they only need to upload the original designs directly to corabbit and invite the necessary members to get feedback. This way everyone is all in one place and all on the same page!

モバイル端末からの画像アップロード機能を追加しました

ノートに書いたイラストやポスター、看板から建物まで、デザインはパソコンだけで作るものではありません。デザインしたものを見て欲しいとき、カメラで撮影してパソコンに取り込んで…といった作業は時間がかかりますね。

本日、モバイルブラウザ版 corabbit のコメントフォーム左側に、画像アップロードボタンを追加しました。このボタンから、デザインをカメラで撮影してすぐに corabbit へアップロードできます。

カメラアイコンをタップして、撮影またはアルバムからのアップロードを選択します。

画像を確認したら、アップロードボタンをタップします。画像は表示中のタスクにアップロードされます。

アイデアを即座に共有する機能です。ぜひご活用ください！

Upload Images From Your Mobile Device

Greetings corabbitors,

Short on time? On the run? Need to get that final image reviewed fast but don't have access to a computer?

Now you can upload images to corabbit directly from your mobile device.

From any mobile device:

1. Login to corabbit.

2. Open up your project.

3. Click on the task your getting reviewed.

4. Click on the camera icon.

5.  Select whether you want to take a picture or or upload an image from your device.

It's as simple as that.

レビュアーに会員登録をお願いする？もう必要ありません

今回のアップデートで、レビュアーはcorabbitアカウントを新規登録しなくてもレビューできるようにパワーアップしました。

タスクに直接招待できるので、他のファイルを見られる心配がありません。corabbitに登録してみたけれど、業務で使っていなかったかたも、この機会に導入を検討してみてはいかがでしょうか？

ご利用イメージ

タスクを作成したら、メールアドレスを入力してレビュアを招待します。

レビュアーにはアクセス用のURLとパスワードのメールが届きます。

レビュアーは届いたメールのURLをクリックして、パスワードを入力してアクセス(画像参照)。

コメント機能でお互いにフィードバックしあい、完成したらタスクを承認します。

Create a task and invite someone to review it by clicking on the Assign Member button. Input as Many Emails as you like and even write a Personalized Message.

All New Desktop Notifications

We know you're short on time, we know you want to stay informed, we know feedback is valuable to you. So we've added desktop notifications to corabbit to help keep you on top of things.

Now whenever someone comments on a task your assigned to you'll receive a desktop notification immediately telling you who wrote what.

You can control the desktop notifications via an account settings option. It's on by default, so turn it off if you don't want to be notified about any comments for any tasks you've been assigned to.

レビュー機能解禁

corabbitをご利用の皆様 本日corabbitの新機能「レビュー機能」をリリースいたしました！

　2．PCやcorabbitのストレージからファイルを選んでアップロードできる。

　3．アップロードしたファイルをタスクにして、レビューする人をアサインできる。

　4．レビューする際のエリアコメントの種類が増えました。長方形、楕円、ラインを利用可能になりました！

　5．レビューする人はファイルの「承認」をすることができる。

レビュータスクを1か所で管理することで、プロジェクトの進み具合等が簡単にわかります。 この変更にあわせて今まであったプロジェクトフォルダーのページはストレージ管理のページとなります。PostBox機能はここから利用可能ですが、コメント機能は利用できませんのでご注意ください。

User Interface Enhancement and Dashboard

Greetings corabbitors!

Our all new review feature is finally here! As previously mentioned corabbit has implemented a new interface with a new review feature that you're sure to love.

Project Review Dashboard - With this new dashboard you'll be able to:

See all your major tasks in one place

Add members to your project 

Drag&Drop/Import/Upload files from your "project assets" or desktop

Assign those tasks to the members of your project.

Approve or modify the status of the task you created.

Use additional tools to leave even more meaningful feedback.

With this dashboard you'll be able to review tasks more efficiently and get detailed updates about what your team members are working on. As mentioned earlier, with the implementation of this dashboard the project finder will no longer be the main area of corabbit. The finder will become the location for your "project assets" which is accessible through the Project Review dashboard.

Postbox and changes to the corabbit finder

Hi corabbitors!

corabbit has had many changes over the past few weeks with still more on the way, we wanted to take a brief moment to review a couple of these changes. In particular we wanted to review changes to the old finder as related to the new dashboard as well as the review and Postbox features.

Using the old finder view, to review/compare a file you had to take the following steps:

1. Login 2. Create/Open a project 3. Upload/Open a file 4. Click the Preview button to view 5. Comment directly or Highlight an area and comment

With the new finder view, to review/compare a file you will now have to take the following steps:

1. Login 2. Create/Open a project

3. Upload/Import/Open a file to review as a Task

4. Click the Task to view 5. Comment directly or 

Change the status of the task

Highlight an area and comment via a new circle or rectangle tool

Draw a line and comment

Assign a user to the task

Modify the name of the task

Turn version comparison off (so that only the most recent revision is shown)

The new Review feature makes it easier for you to get feedback from your client and team. 

The additional changes to the old finder are as follows:

1. The current finder view is being renamed to Assets. All previously uploaded files will still exist but now under the Assets view.

2. The previous file/version comparison view via the old finder is being replaced by the file comparison view via the new task interface. Now if you want to compare revisions of a file all you have to do is create a task for it and upload the various revisions.

3. Comments made in the previous file comparison view will still exist in the preview view but cannot be modified or removed. Instead please use the new task interface to leave any additional comments.

We believe this new interface and task tool will be a lot more beneficial to users and fits a lot better with their over all workflow, as it allows people to now create specific tasks related to their files and receive approvals from their project stake holders.

The second change isn't actually a change at all. It's a reminder of our awesome new file send feature called "Postbox".

With the new interface you can send a file directly from the new "file assets" view or from the task view.

Also in the file assets view you access the file sent panel to view all files  ever sent as well as see their status.

The corabbit Postbox lets you send files securely and quickly to anyone with an internet access. Once sent 2 emails are sent to the receiver, 1 includes the link to the file, the second includes a randomly generated password required to access the file.
