今日は、タンドリーチキンを作った。

　

先日、習いにいった南インド料理教室の先生がとても良いかたで

インドのお惣菜（お店では出さないような）レシピを教えてくれる。

ザックザックとダイナミックに作る先生。

　

インド民族衣裳を来ているのに、ノーエプロン。

スパイスを含んだ油が飛び散ってもノープロブレム。

味付けだって、スパイスの分量だってそんな感じ。

　

美味しいものを作る！その気持ちがあれば十分なんだ。

Entomologist in Japan effort to protect them from  extinction now.　

We should keep their lives and environment.
